6.3 Telephone and Data Communication Network

 System Description

Based on confirmation from the Client IT team, it is proposed to feed the telecom services for the school campus extension from
the existing server room located in the current school. However, spaces will be allocated for new IDF and IT/AV rooms within
the proposed building. These new IDF rooms will host IT/AV/security racks and related equipment, while servers, storage, and
UPS will remain in the existing server room.

This proposal will be further developed in collaboration with the Client IT team to ensure it meets their specific requirements and
expectations. The detailed design and implementation will be refined during the later stages of the project, incorporating any
additional needs or changes identified by the Client IT team.
