PROCESS QUALITY ASSURANCE

1. Job description
● Working with a QA Leader to develop processes related to quality.
● Working with the project manager (PM) to determine the project development process
based on the Company process;
● Supporting project to follow the process which is defined;
● Auditing projects weekly to ensure the project’s process;
● Reminding deadline for Project manager & team;
● Raising project risk/issues; Following issues.
● Supporting projects to manage customer complaints (investigate, define
corrective/preventive action, and follow up).
● Recording and analyzing project database to identify areas for improvement in the quality
● The meeting, reporting, and other support if needed;

2. Requirement
● At least 02 year of experience as PQA in software projects; Working with foreign
customers.
● Bachelor of Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering degree or equivalent
experience;
● Have knowledge about implementation methodologies such as ISO 27001, Scrum, and
Kaizen;
● Having Internal Auditor, Lead Auditor, and Scrum master certificate is a plus;

Personality Requirements:
- Hard-working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and teamwork, can work under high pressure;
- Have will and interest to learn;
- Have a service mindset
- Open mind
- Can support other team members well.

3. Interest
