In this lab, we will implement DHCP server using Packet tracer.
Scenario to implement:
Figure 01
Step 01: Assign static IP=192.168.1.1, Subnet Mask & DNS= 10.1.1.1 to DHCP server
machine by going into IP Configuration interface.

Step 02: Go to the “Services” tab then open DHCP interface, on the DHCP service
Step 03: Give IP addresses start range from 192.168.1.0 , Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0, Default
gateway & DNS will be 0.0.0.0 , Give Maximum number of users = 255 for class C then add
these addresses.

Step 04: Go to IP configuration interfaces of all PCs select DHCP option press ok , PCs
will obtained IP Addresses starting from 192.168.1.2 to onwards automatically via DHCP
server machine.
Lab Task:
1. Design a network model in which three plus PCs connect to the single server which
have functionality of both DNS and DHCP for dynamic addressing.
2. Design a network model in which three plus PCs connect to the two different server,
one have functionality of DNS and other one have DHCP for dynamic addressing.
