In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, technology plays a critical role in

enhancing the learning experience, fostering student engagement, and building essential
digital skills. However, the effective integration of Information and Communication
Technology (ICT) in teaching remains a challenge for many educators, who often require
additional support, training, and resources to navigate these tools effectively.
This INSET program, "Empowering Educators: Enhancing Teaching and Learning
through ICT Integration," is designed to equip teachers with the knowledge, skills, and
confidence needed to incorporate ICT tools into their teaching practices effectively. The
training aims to bridge the gap between traditional teaching methods and modern
educational technology, empowering educators to utilize digital resources, create
interactive lessons, and better meet the diverse needs of 21st-century learners.
By participating in this program, teachers will:
 Gain hands-on experience with various ICT tools and applications that enhance
instructional delivery.

Development (GAD) mandate as stipulated in the 1987 Philippine Constitution, RA 9719
Magna Carta of Women, RA 10533 The Enhanced Basic Education Act of 2013, and the
Philippines’ International Human Rights Commitments to the Universal Declaration of
Human Rights, Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women
(CEDAW), and the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) among others.” In line with
this, DepED commits the integration of “gender equality, gender equity, gender sensitivity,
