GUIDANCE ACTION PLAN
S.Y. 2024-2025
VISION: To empower students to achieve their full potential and become responsible and well-rounded
individuals.
MISSION:
To provide comprehensive guidance services for academic, career, personal, and social development for all students.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
1. Enhance Student Well-Being
- Implement a mental health awareness program for students, teachers, and parents by the end of the academic
year.
- Provide regular counseling sessions and workshops focusing on emotional regulation and resilience, aiming for at
least one session per month.
- Establish a peer support group to foster connections among students and improve social support systems by the
next school term.
2. Improve Academic Support
- Identify students needing academic support through assessments in the first quarter and develop personalized
intervention plans.
- Organize after-school tutoring programs led by teachers and peer mentors, aiming for at least 15% student
participation each semester.
- Collaborate with parents at least twice a year to discuss academic performance and strategies to enhance student
learning at home.
3. Foster Career Awareness and Life Skills
- Introduce a career exploration program that includes guest speakers from various professions, to be implemented
by the end of the school year.
- Incorporate life skills training workshops (e.g., communication, conflict resolution, decision-making) into the
curriculum with a minimum of three workshops per semester.
- Create a career day event to expose students to different career options and pathways, scheduled for the second
half of the academic year.
4. Promote Inclusive Environment and Social Skills
- Develop and implement an anti-bullying program focusing on awareness and prevention by the start of the new
school year.
- Organize activities and programs that celebrate diversity and inclusion within the school community, with at least
one major event each semester.
- Provide training for teachers and staff on recognizing and accommodating diverse student needs, aiming for 100%
participation in professional development workshops.
5. Engage the School Community
- Establish a Guidance Advisory Committee that includes parents, teachers, and students to meet quarterly and
discuss guidance issues and improvements.
- Increase parent involvement in guidance initiatives by organizing biannual workshops and informational sessions
tailored for parents.
- Utilize newsletters and social media to share guidance resources and updates, aiming for a 30% increase in
community engagement feedback.

6. Evaluation and Monitoring
- Regularly monitor the progress of each objective through surveys, assessments, and feedback forms.
