Key Task:
Heads the Central Sales Department for the twelve (12) cold storage facilities nationwide
Leads the company to secure major customers of multi-temperature warehouses for freezer, chiller,
temperature controlled and ambient/dry storages.
Provides strategic approaches to secure deals with baseload accounts and ensure the stability of
utilization even during lean season
Leads the company to secure 3PL clients with warehousing, manpower and trucking requirements
Coordinates with the Operation Managers of all storage facilities to ensure alignment regarding client
requirements and expectations
Leads the write-ups of campaign materials for social media marketing and brochures to boost the industry
awareness regarding the capabilities and value propositions of the Glacier conglomerate
Reports to the Chief Operating Officer and the President and CEO regarding the progress of projects and
status of the budget attainment
Coordinates with the Quality Assurance Department regarding compliances to ISO audits, HACCP,
HALAL, GOP, GWP, etc.
Provides strategies and marketing plans to ensure that the targets are met
Represents the company in various organizations in the industry such as the Cold Chain Association of
the Philippines (CCAP), Philippine Association of Meat Processors Inc. (PAMPI), Department of
Agriculture (DA) and other government agencies of DA such as the Bureau of Plant and Industry (BPI),
Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS), Bureau of
Customs (BOC), Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI).
Key Task:
Provides strategies in developing business opportunities for cold storage and food processing
Leads the sales force to meet the sales target
Provides KPI and monitor the performance of the company’s sales force

Trains/mentors the sales force regarding the best practices in selling the company’s services
Supports the sales force to get more customers, maintain and grow the profitability from our existing
customer base thru executive selling
Assist the VP for Sales and Operations in creating sales forecast, reports and business plans
Attends and represents the company to develop rapport and connections to various organizations
related to the Orca Cold Chain Solution business (CCAP, PAMPI, MITA, BAI, NMIS, DA, IDCP).
Ensures the sales department is aligned to the capability/capacity of our operations department
Key Task:
Develops new businesses and ensures closure of new accounts for cold and dry warehouse, cross-dock
and warehouse management requirement
Ensures attainment of high profitability by offering value added services for new and existing accounts in
contract logistics (sorting, picking, labelling activities etc)
Ensures alignment of contracts and Service Level Agreements in terms of the rates, scope of work, and
operational capabilities of our company
Ensures collection of payables from existing accounts
Sources external warehouses (for lease) nationwide as may be required by potential customers
Researches and gathers sales leads, existing rates of competitors, SLAs and contracts, and use these
information to provide an efficient and accurate rate proposals to customers
Monitors trucking operations relative to the 3PL (end-to-end) supply chain operations
Helps in the budget preparation and ensures attainment of these targets
Manages sales team by monitoring closure of new clients and maintenance of existing customers
Supervises warehouse operations
Reports directly to the President and CEO
Represents the company to the Cold Chain Association of the Philippines (CCAP), Philippine Association
of Meat Processors Inc (PAMPI) and Supply Chain Association of the Philippines (SCMAP)
Ensures generation of revenue by maintaining and developing more business opportunities both from existing
and new accounts.
Ensures that rates submitted to clients and prospects are within profitable margins.
Awareness on competitor’s marketing strategies.
Build a brick wall by establishing good rapport and business relationship to clients.
Sell fixed rooms to clients to ensure generation of revenue especially during lean season

Position: Domestic Sales Manager
Company: Royal Cargo Combined Logistics, Inc.
Key Task:
Work Experience:
Processes agent’s payroll by reviewing the Statement of Account (SOA), encoding of adjustments in
the system, reviewing/adjusting payroll summary and disk file that will be submitted to the bank.
Prepares and updates schedule of allowances, bonuses, loans and advances of agents.
Remits to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) the income tax withheld from agents and prepares
all income tax documents in compliance with the BIR reporting requirement.
Processes the Transfer of Business by updating the system, and transfers orphan policies to the
Customer Services Department or to other servicing agent.
Provides details regarding financial accountability, if any, of a resigned or terminated agent in
relation to the issuance of clearance.
Participates in the system testing to ensure that system is responding properly to the agency
compensation and sales business requirements.

Position: Licensing Coordinator
Company: AETNA Life Insurance Inc.
Handles the Processing of the agents’ licenses (Permanent Certificate of Authority) for them to solicit life
insurance business.
Acts as company liaison between the Insurance Commission and the other life and non-life insurance
companies.
Coordinator of the company to the Philippine Life Insurance Association (PLIA).
Coordinator of the company to the Life Agency Testing Service (LATS) regarding the licensure
examination of agents.
Coordinator of the company to the Life Underwriters Association (LUA) and to the Million Dollar Round
Table (MDRT).
Handles the 201 files, exam results, clearances, etc. of the sales force.
Issues the agents and sales managers contracts.
Issues the ID’s of agents and supervises its validation.
Handles the agent’s set up in the Life Support Plus System (AS400).
Handles the Transfer of Business and Transfer of Affiliation/Hierarchy.
Provides the agent code.
Generates the manpower count every week.
Trains new agents regarding the procedure for securing their licenses.
Assists in the underwriting of life insurance applications and in the releasing of policies.
Receives the request for cancellation of policies and provides immediate reply to the policy owners.
Assists in the generation of the production report and updates to the immediate supervisor.
