PEOPLE WARE

Peopleware refers to the work done by people in an IT system. In many cases,


Peopleware forms a kind of "conceptual triangle" with hardware and software.

TYPES OF PEOPLE
WARE
• Operation Driven Peopleware.
• Process Driven Peopleware.
• Technology Driven Peopleware.
• Value Driven Peopleware.
Operation Driven Peopleware:
Operation driven Peopleware is mainly focused on managing businesses centered on the
generation of external value, thus it is basically centrifugal, managing the activity based on the
software used.

Process Driven Peopleware:


is focused on the use of objects in order to minimize personal efforts and the use of efficiency
tools to ensure results without forcing individuals to assume the responsibility for defining the
processes.

Technology Driven Peopleware:


uses performance management as its central activity.

Value Driven Peopleware:


The value driven approach is centrally focused on the explicit or implicit needs of the
client.
SOFTWARE
Software is a set of instructions, data or programs used to operate computers and
execute specific tasks. It is the opposite of hardware, which describes the physical
aspects of a computer. Software is a generic term used to refer to applications, scripts
and programs that run on a device.

• Application software.
• System software.
• Driver software.
• Middleware.
• Programming
software.
Application software
is a kind of software that performs specific functions for the end user by interacting
directly with it.
System software:
is a program designed to run a computer's hardware and applications and manage its
resources, such as its memory, processors, and devices.

Driver software:
A driver is a software component that lets the operating system and a device
communicate.
Middleware
is software that lies between an operating

Programming software:
is a software which helps the programmer in
developing other software.
HARDWARE
Hardware refers to the external and internal devices and equipment that enable you to
perform major functions such as input, output, storage, communication, processing,
and more. There are two types of computer hardware: external and internal.

The GPU does precisely what its name suggests — it processes vast amounts of
graphical data.
Random Access Memory (RAM):
The data fetching process in RAM is much faster compared to the hard disk.
