Below data was provided during RFQ. Can you please check whether below data is sufficient for you or not?

1. J06-AIT-102
1. Water Compositions- DILUTE CAUSTIC

2. Pressure/ Temperature/ Flow Rating.- max 100 psig/ max 212 Deg F/ -

3. Specification Sheet for Sample System Design- sample condition panel completely pre-
assembled with SS 316 plate and tubing each comprising the following items: -

1. customized sample system SS 316 plate mounted to install 5081C conductivity


transmitter and 228-21 toroidal conductivity sensor.
2. Aramco free supply transmitter 5081 C and 228-21 toroidal conductivity sensor to
vendor

3. Vendor scope of supply shall be below:

4. All 3/8” 316 SS tubing and components.


5. Isolation ball valves at inlet and out let of sample.
6. Inline pressure reducing regulator and gauge 0-100 psig.
7. Inline armored flow meter,
8. Non-return check valve.
9. SS sensor flow chamber (Mounting in a vertical pipe run is best, If the sensor must
be installed in a horizontal pipe run, place the sensor in the 3 o’clock position),
sensor holder shall suitable to mount sensor model 228-02-21-56-6.
10. Mounting cutout space for conductivity transmitter. Suitable to mount transmitter
model # 5081-T-HT-67.
11. Sample system inlet/outlet, analyzer equipment to be have SS tag name plate
identification.
