Dear Coordinator,
Letter to Request Permission of Absence
I, Egbure Innocent Oghenekaro a Corps member and Choir of Glory
Producer Sanctuary formally request a Permission of absence from Church to
travel back to Delta State for personal reasons.
I would like to take the opportunity to address a matter regarding my
education and collect my Ordinary National Diploma (OND) certificate from
Delta State University of Science and Technology Ozoro. Due to the recent
transition from a polytechnic to a university, a directive has been issued for
all former polytechnic students to collect their certificates by a specific
deadline. As a student of the former polytechnic, I am required to collect my
certificate in person to avoid any potential complications in the future.. This
is an important step in my academic progress, and I am concerned that if I
miss this deadline, it may be difficult to locate the certificate in the future.
I’ll be leaving on 7th March expect to return on the first week of April 2024 I
would be grateful if you could kindly approve my request of absence for this
period.
