A bit about who we are looking for:

Voya India is seeking a skilled and motivated Programmer Analyst with expertise in Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and
Oracle Database to join our dynamic IT team. As a Programmer Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the
development and maintenance of our software applications, including web-based solutions and database systems.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, develop, and support software solutions that
meet our business needs.

What you’ll do

 Design, code, test, and maintain software applications using Java, HTML, CSS, and Oracle Database
technologies.
 Develop and manage Oracle Database solutions, including writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
 Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives, preparing an action.
 Plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
 Create and maintain user interfaces and web pages using HTML and CSS for user-friendly interactions.
 Integrate software applications with existing systems and third-party solutions.
 Investigate and develop skills in new technologies.
 Conduct testing and debugging to ensure software meets quality and performance standards.
 Maintain clear and organized documentation of software code, specifications, and user manuals.

What you’ll need

 Hand on experience in JavaScript, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, and Oracle DB.
 Good experience in designing and developing layered web-based applications with backend as MS-SQL
Server.
 We are looking for an Application Support Programmer Analyst with 1 to 3 Years of experience in building
high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications.
 Knowledge of front-end web development technologies and frameworks.
 Strong experience in identifying and implementing proper software design patterns based on the solution.
 Writing well designed, testable, efficient code.
 Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for
architectural review.
 Experience in Application Management would be an added advantage.
 Knowledge on production support and production incident trouble shooting skills.
 Deployment and configuration management skill also will add advantage.
 Should be flexible to work in staged shifts.
 Good written and verbal communication skills.
 Flexibility to work in rotational night shifts and rotational weekends.
