learners?
1.2 Is the teacher’s voice modulated and can be heard by the entire ✓
class?
1.3 Was the teacher present in class? ✓

ANALYZE
Analyze the different elements of personal/physical classroom management and answer
the following questions?

1. How does the voice of the teacher affect classroom instruction?

The voice of the teacher affects classroom instruction in a way that when
students can hear, modulated voice has a good impact on their learning.

2. How does the punctuality of the teacher affect classroom discipline?

It has an impact on classroom discipline because teachers should serve as the
role model for the students. The teachers are the ones should look up to by the
students, and by doing so, the students may develop a belief that it is not okay to be
late all the time.

3. Why do we need to check on the physical aspects of classroom management?

We must determine the physical components of classroom management in order
for both the teacher and the students to have a smooth flow of discussion and learning
activities. It would be ensured that the classroom is orderly and safe, if these physical
classroom elements are best incorporated into the learning environment.

REFLECT
Reflect on the aspects of personal and classroom management.

1. What does this statement mean to you as a future teacher? Explain. “ No

amount of good instruction will come out without effective classroom
management.”
The statement simply means that if a teacher in a particular classroom does not
know how to properly manage a classroom, he or she will be unable to create and
deliver effective instruction, which may result in the student’s failure to learn.

2. What are your plans in ensuring effective classroom management?

In order to ensure effective classroom management, we must possess all of the
attributes of a competent teacher, as well as of the personal classroom management
elements, such as personal grooming, punctuality, etc. Moreover, make sure that the
actual classroom is well-maintained, with adequate ventilation, lighting, and learning
stations, among other things.

ANALYZE
Analyze the checklist you have accomplished and answer the give questions:

1. How many strategies were employed by the Resource Teacher? Did these
contribute to better classroom management? Explain your answer.
As what I have observed, the resource teacher used a variety of strategies and
these helped to improve the classroom management. According to the resource
teacher, if a teacher act as a role model for the students and treat them with respect
and authority, you will be able to successfully use these classroom management
strategies.

2. What were not used by the Resource Teacher? Were these important? What
should have been used instead? Explain.
During the interview, the resource teacher vividly stated that all of these
classroom management are vital and useful, therefore, they all been used.

REFLECT
As a future teacher, reflect on the observation then answer the giving question.
1. What classroom management strategies do I need to employ to respond to
diverse types of learners?
In order to respond to diverse types of learners, we need to apply classroom
management strategies such as evaluating them to assess their needs and allowing
them to work in groups so that they are mindful of their individual distinctions. Consider
peer teaching and taking time to recognize group accomplishments. These are only a
few of the many key classroom management tactics to utilize in the classroom, and we
can always think of new strategies and ways to improve our classroom as time goes on.
