    1. What are your professional/career aspirations?

    Ever since I finished my studies, I’ve wanted to become an industry expert. In this
    position, I hope to increase my technical & People knowledge while providing
    solutions and improvements to common industry problems. In the long run, I aspire
    to contribute significantly to industry development and optimization to create
    something that would genuinely improve the lives of thousands.

    2. What are you really good at?


    As a team leader, I am good at convincing my team members.

    3. What is your passion?


    One area that I’m passionate about is self-development and self-improvement in
    my personal life. I’m always looking to challenge myself and learn new things.
    That’s one reason I enjoy working in Manufacturing industries; I’ve learned great
    Managerial skills, listening skills, and problem-solving skills that help me in my day-
    to-day work but also in my personal life in terms of confidence, communication, etc.

    4. What motivates you?


    I have always wanted to ensure that my company's clients get the best products or
    services at affordable price, I can offer. I feel it's important, both to me personally
    and for the company and the clients, to provide a positive customer experience.

    5. Tell me about a time when you were a group leader. How would your team
    members describe your leadership style?
    I enjoy delegating tasks and taking the lead on projects, but I also like to stay
    involved and inspire my team by showing that I'm working hands-on to help them,
    too.

    7. What do you like LEAST & MOST about your current (or most recent) position?
    8. Describe the environment where you do your best work in an organization?
    I enjoy working in an environment where the members of the team have a strong
    sense of camaraderie and a good work ethic. I like working with competent, kind,
    funny people who like to get things done. It's important to me to feel that I can
    trust my team members to always do their best because I do.

    9. What do you consider to be your three greatest strengths?


    My strength is my flexibility to handle change. As Cost Accountant at my last job, I
    was able to optimize operational efficiency and develop a very supportive Costing
    system.

    10a. How do you handle stress? Do irregular working hours bother you?
    A little bit of stress can actually be a motivator for me. I use the pressure to stay
    10b. focused on my tasks and produce work more efficiently. When I’m under a tight
    deadline, I use my time management skills to stay on top of my tasks and get the
    most important ones done first. I find that communicating with my team regularly
    also helps me manage my stress and keeps situations under control.

    What frustrates you?


    It depends on situations.

    11. What has been the most rewarding experience of your life? Why?
    The most rewarding teamwork experience that I have had in my previous
    organization. I believe everyone pulled more than their weight because so much
    was at stake. Teamwork is very rewarding when everyone has something
    significant to win, or lose.

    12. Describe your role model.


    Ratan Tata is truly a person who is one of a kind. Although being the Chairman
    Emeritus of Tata Group of Industries, he is known for many other reasons, one
    among them is motivating speeches and quotes. He is a philanthropist who
    donated huge sum of money for pressing causes.

    13. What most excites you about the prospect of working at BioGenex?
    I am most excited about collaborating and working towards something big— a
    common goal. Every day at work is an opportunity I have to contribute to the
    growth of the company. And this is what makes my day. It brings satisfaction and
    inner tranquility knowing that I have done my best to improve something or create
    something great.

    14. What do you look for in a leader/manager?


    A good leader must have Emotional intelligence, Communication skill, Delegation,
    Motivating to others, Strategic thinking, Integrity, Flexibility, etc.
    15. What uniquely qualifies you for the position at BioGenex?
    As a Cost Accountant, I would monitor organizations' costs and create reports for
    budgetary, pricing, and cost analysis purposes. They track spending, changes in
    inventory costs, and the accuracy and compliance of cost records.

    16. Why are you leaving your current job (if applicable)?
    I feel like I'm ready to take on more responsibility. I believe I've progressed as far
    as I can in my current role. I need a change of environment to motivate me.

    17. How soon you can join BioGenex?


    My Notice period will be 15-20 days.
