    Dear sir,
    With reference to the above cited subject and under reference (1), PIU – Nanded has enclosed your
    letter, ref (2) which you had submitted that there were Discrepancies in Payment towards GST on
    Milestone Payments, Annuity and O&M Payments certified till date under Change in Law. In this regard,
    the IE reviewed your submission and the comments are as follows:

    towards recovery of interest amount in an interest against release of the GST on Milestone

    The reason for not releasing Rs. 5,79,83,348/- as
    cited in point no. IX of letter under reference (3)
    above by PIU, NHAI Nanded is that “The interest on
    the already payments is recovered earlier and this
    may not be released as this was made as per the
    instruction received from Ro-Nagpur vide letter
    No.1562 dtd.09.09.2019”.
    2 Reimbursement of GST @ 7.44% under The Concessionaire has to submit the CA
    CIL on 9th Annuity and certification along with the details of GST returns
    O&M payments filed

    Therefore, the Concessionaire is requested to submit the necessary compliance for reimbursement GST @
    7.44% under CIL on 9th Annuity and O&M payments of Rs.1,14,47,186/- and Rs.15,93,280/-, respectively.
