1.0 Introduction/ Background

Big Building Public Company Limited is a well-known international company that


specializes in building expansive infrastructure projects in Asia, such as subways,
elevated trains, and expressways. The business uses a lot of technology, and its yearly
running costs are more than 100 billion baht. The organization wants to put in place an
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with an emphasis on human resource
management and procurement in order to increase operational efficiency even more.
2.0 Business Objective

The aim of this project is to create and execute ERP modules that will enable Big
Building Public Company Limited to enhance the management, oversight, and
productivity of its procurement and HR procedures. It is anticipated that these
enhancements will improve overall business process management, lower expenses, and
streamline operations.

3.0 Current Situation and Problem/Opportunity Statement

Big Building Public Company Limited operates with standalone systems for procurement
and HR management, leading to inefficiencies such as duplicated data, manual processes,
and slower decision-making. The company sees an opportunity to address these
inefficiencies through an integrated ERP system, which will enable real-time data access
