    RENEWAL OF ANNUAL PRACTICI NG LICENSE

    I am directed to request all Cl inical Staff that require yearly renewal of


    practicing authorization from the various professiona l bod ies to submit
    evidence of renewal for the year 2025 on or before 31/1 2/ 2024 to the
    office of Head of Clinical Services and sign the related reg ister.

    Please, bring the content of this memo to all staff in your Department,
    Units and treat as urgent as Management will apply sanctions to
    default rs.
