ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

When we reach the compliment of the project giving credit becomes a must, as without the
support of the other so many people’s help and guidance this project could not be
completed successfully.

We would like to thank Ms. Khamar Jui for guiding us and showing their views on the
project for framing the realistic picture of the requirement and involved needed in this
project. They were always there with their great ideas and suggestions whenever we
needed. They took a great deal of interest in our work and encouraged us to outperform
ourselves. They believed in us and were a pillar of strength for us.
We would like to thank to help us prepare this project. We would also appreciate their
guidance and technical knowledge they gave us regarding this project.

Thanking All.

1. Introduction

This project has been developed for the project management Department of the college
to diminish the difficulties of the faculties. This system is entirely online and can be
accessed throughout the college and outside as well with proper authentication. The
application is used to view and manage the project. The college project manager
application reduces the manual work of project event organizers and it provides
features that are used for efficient work.
2. Observation through AEIOU Framework

This is the very first canvas of our design engineering subject. After thinking on different
domains,we have selected one domain and have done the observations after completing our
observation wehave divided complete observation in 5 parts into AEIOU i.e., is A for
Activity, E for Environment, I for interaction, O for object, U for Users.

Environment:
 Android platform
 Windows platform
 IOS platform

Interaction:
 Project and Group management
 Notification and Comments
 Task and Project management
 User authentication and Authorization

Object:
 Project
 User
 Group
 Task
 Faculty(Guide)
 Media(Documents/Files)
 Sharing data between Android to Windows.

Activities:
 User role management
 User registration and login
 Task assignment and status update
 Group formation and assignment
 Project creation and management
 Document upload and review
 Notification and Communication
 Project monitoring and evaluation
 Project verification and final submission
 Report and analytics generation

User:
 Head of Department
 Guide(Faculty member)
 Group member(Student)
 System Administrator(Future prospect)
 Group leader(Student)
 Visitor(Optional role)
3. Empathy Canvas

Empathy means to feel what the others feel. Empathy mapping canvas helps as to
experience, feel and understand another person's condition, situation & emotions with the
help of observation.Empathy Mapping Canvas is the evolution of problem, hich are faced
by people, by experiencing it with faced by us. This helps us to experience the problems &
think about the solution for it.
User:
 Individuals
 Professionals
 Businesses

Stakeholders:
 Development Team
 End Users
 Potential Investors
 Partners

Activities:
 User role management
 User registration and login
 Task assignment and status update
 Group formation and assignment
 Project creation and management
 Document upload and review
 Notification and Communication
 Project monitoring and evaluation
 Project verification and final submission
 Report and analytics generation

Story Boarding
Happy:
 The user selects files on Android to share with nearby Windows PC.
 Transfer starts quickly, progress bar indicates completion.
 Both devices confirm the successful transfer, and files are accessible on the PC.

Happy:
 User shares presentation from Android to nearby macOS device.
 The transfer completes swiftly, both users receive confirmation.
 The presentation opens seamlessly on macOS, and users are satisfied.

Sad:
 The user tries sharing photos from Android to Windows PC.
 App struggles to connect, and multiple attempts fail.
 The user is frustrated as sharing cannot be completed.

Sad:
 Users share large videos from Android to Android.
 Transfer stops midway, and the error message is displayed.
 The user is disappointed and unable to share the complete file.
4. Ideation Canva

Ideation canvas helps us in doing work creatively. Because ideation canvas develops the
new thoughts and idea in mind through which we can know about the problems and what
should be the situation for it.
Ideation canvas has 4 main parts:
1. People
2. Activity
3. Situation/location
4. Props/objects

People:
 Users
 Development Team
 Colleagues/friends

Situation/Context/Location:
 Android device
 Windows PC
 IOS devices
 macOS device
Activities:
 User role management
 User registration and login
 Task assignment and status update
 Group formation and assignment
 Project creation and management
 Document upload and review
 Notification and Communication
 Project monitoring and evaluation
 Project verification and final submission
 Report and analytics generation

Props/Possible Solution:
 Centralized database system
 Role-Based access control
 File upload and Doc
 Task authentication(Final reports)
 Task status updates
5. Product Development Canvas

Product Development Canvas concentrates on the solution of problems. In this canvas we

describe about the product that is solution of entire problem. Solution includes features like
people, purpose, product features and product component.

Purpose:
 Seamless sharing
 Local Network
 Privacy and Security
 User-Friendly Interface

Product Function:
 Provides full accessment of project development
 Manages all the projects
 Step-by-Step implementation of every stage
Users:
 Users
 Development Team
 Colleagues/friends

Product Features:
 User authentication
 Project and Task management
 Centralized Database with Role-specific access
 Notification and Communication

Product Experience:
 User-friendly interface
 Easy Navigation
 Centralized Access and Security
 Reduced manual work

Customer Re validation:
 Gathering user feedback
 Regular updates based on user suggestions
 Monitoring app performance and user satisfaction

Components:
 Mobile application (Android)
 Desktop application (Windows)
 Back-end server for data transfer
6. Mind Mapping Canvas

As we know that for remembering & keeping the points in mind graphical or diagrammatic
representation is the best way. So, in the Design Engineering for representation of
complete observation Mind Mapping Canvas is used.

In this we've added all key elements of the Projectify, including system components, target
users, and interactions, providing a structured overview for optimized functionality. It
guides the design for seamless and efficient local data sharing.
7. Learning Needs Matrix

Purpose/Product concept:
 User-friendly interface
 smooth data transfer process
 cross-platform compatibility

Tools/methods/theories/application process involved:

 Visual Studio
 Flutter
 Android Studio

Applicable standards and design specifications/principles and experiments:

 Mobile Friendly
 Website Purpose
 Various Plateforms
Software/simulation/skill mathematical requirement:
 Dart
 Java
 Swift
 HTML

Component materials' strength criteria (exploration - varieties/testing requirements):

 Testing on various devices
 QA Testing
8. Prototype

A prototype of our Projectify is an initial experimental model designed to test and validate
the app's features, user interactions, and functionality. It allows for quick adjustments and
improvements, ensuring the final solution meets user needs effectively.
9. Conclusion

Our journey in developing the projectify has been enlightening and fulfilling. Through this
project, we've applied our technical knowledge to create a practical solution that addresses
real-world needs. We've honed our skills in programming, collaboration, and problem-
solving, ensuring the app meets the highest standards of functionality and security. Looking
ahead, we're committed to continuous learning and innovation, eager to see how our app
contributes to the advancement of local connectivity and community engagement.
