RIght person are essential for every company either it's a multinational company or a new start up.
because Hiring the right person for the company is not just about filling an open position it’s about
building the foundation for long term growth and succsess. firstly The right person can bring fresh
ideas and perspectives to a business which helps in innovations and development of the products.
People with technological skills and creative mind will help EcoForEveryone to stay competitive in
this challenging market as more and more companies are entering the market for renewable
technologies. Skilled employees usually accomplish activities quick and effectively, producing better
outcomes. For EcoForEveryone to maintain its competitive edge and continue innovating in the
renewable energy sector, it needs the right person who are skilled, adaptable and also motivated for
the betterment of the company and it’s long term growth.
The main difference between internal and external ambient conditions of strategic HRM is, internal
ambient is focused on a company’s internal factors like structure, culture, resources etc. if
EcoForEveryone wants they can control and influence of its internal ambient on the other hand the
external ambient focuses on the external factors of a company such as as market conditions,
competitors, rules and regulations, economical and technological factors etc. which are not
controllable for a company. For example, EcoForEveryone can change the structure of the company,
or they can change the working environment if they want but they cannot change their competitors
position in the market or the economic situation of the market.
2. What can the company do to attract suitable and good employees in the future?
Hiring suitable and good employees is crucial to maintain competitiveness, and there are numerous
ways for attracting in suitable candidates. Such as
· Showing the company values and highlighting the sustainability mission and the culture of
innovation of EcoForEveryone to appeal to purpose driven candidates.
· Advertising the development opportunities, the company can provide to its employees.
· By offering competitive advantages like better salary, flexible work options, good work
environment etc.
· Giving recognition and giving the employees sense of belonging so they can feel more
engaged to work.
These will create a good image of EcoForEveryone in the market which will help the company to
attract suitable and good employees in future.
