1. What is your study is all about?

It is all about the significance of ojt

to amt students in leiaai. The effects of Ojt to professional and personal
aspect of the aircraft mechanic students in Leiaai.
2. What is the problem in the study? The study seems to have no problems, but
the main focus is whether or not the students' development after OJT is evident.
3. Why do you conduct this study? Who are affected: The AMT students who
participated in ojt for associate amt What are the effects: Effects of OJT to
professional and personal aspect of amt students Bakit kailangan gawan ng
research, para malaman kung bakit kailangan bigyan ng solutions
4. What is the significance of your study? Who will benefit in the study:
Students, Parents, Instructors, Administrations, Institutions, Future researchers
What benefits will they get: Expand the students' perspectives on the idea that
the institution is dedicated to developing their abilities and potential, and that it
also encourages students to rely on its internship program since it has the
facilities and tools needed to create a conducive learning environment. Allowing
professors and students to assist when needed, will encourage stronger student-
mentor interactions. It will improve accountability and professionalism.
5. What limitations did you encounter in your study? Communication difficulties,
no face-to-face interaction
6. What methods or sampling technique did you employ? Purposeful Sampling
or Selective Sampling
7. What theoretical model did you employ in the study? The study will be
anchored on the Constructivists Learning Theory (CLT), Experiential Learning
Theory (ELT), and Social Learning Theory (SLT). Constructivist Learning Theory
by Jean Piaget. The focus of modern education is increasingly on the needs of
the students encouraging students to take a more active role in the creation of
their own meaning and knowledge. Constructivists contend that learning occurs
when new information is added to existing knowledge and that learning arises
from the synthesis of experiences (Krahenbuhl, 2016). Process of learning or
Teaching procedure to the learners which is OJT. Experiential learning by David
Kolb is an active learning method where students "learn by doing" and reflect on
the experience. Experiential learning activities can include but are not limited
to, fieldwork, internships, practicums, study abroad, undergraduate research,
and studio performances. (Mas natututo ang mga students kapag ginagawa nila
in actual yung mga pinag aaralan nila.) The social learning theory that Bandura
proposed and Lave and Wenger developed. The idea behind social learning
theory is that views, thoughts, and information can change over time. It is a
cognitive process that enhances professional and personal learning by involving
participants in real-world work environments. (Knowledge can change over time,
like engaging in different settings. Or yung mga natutunan natin from lecture is
nagbago nung ginawa na natin through actual, which is mas naintindihan natin
and also natrain tayo. Kung saan these changes ay referred to as professional
and personal aspect to an individual)
8. What are the findings of your study? IT SHOULD BE ALIGNED IN THE SOP OJT
is effective to the professional aspect of aircraft mechanic students OJT is
helpful to the personal aspect of aircraft mechanic students The students
perceived that OJT have significant effect on the professional and personal
aspect of aircraft mechanic students
9. What are your recommendations based on your findings and conlusions? The
students should maintain and recall the knowledge they have acquired in order
to increase their chances of passing the CAAP licensing exam. The students
must retain the professional and personal growth they acquired by taking part in
OJT to be used as an advantage in the future when students apply for and obtain
employment as aircraft mechanics. Continue to enhance and strengthen the
implementation of the On-The-Job Training program’s rules and regulations
