In this position paper , as a delegate representing Australia . Australia is a nation which dedicated to protect
the people rights , this MUN the topic at hand is “”Evaluating potential Human Rights infringements by
technological development” . I belive that technology offers many benfits but it is also important to make
sure that doesn’t harm the people rights. This is a digital era , in which technology is permeates our lives ,
and the need to safegaurd human rights .

Australia is deeply delighted to human rights on a gobal scale . the country actively participates in
international right and put effort to safegaurd them. Through discussions and debates witgh orther nations ,
Australia seeks to advance and protect human rights, demonstrating its commitment to promoting these
principles across the world. The country shows support by assistance and humanitarian aid . The last
meeting it had attend in UN Human rights council . Australia had wanted to focus on key priorities like
good governance ,freedom of expression , rights of indigenous peoples , strong national human rights
institutions and capacity building , freedom of religion or belief , abolition of the death penalty and rights of
peoples with disability . it wanted to address both in boundaries and internationally.

By proposing a solution initiative to protect the human rights of indigenous people in Australia not only
serves as positive impact on our nation and also the international community by also empowering the
indigenous people communist we also enhance our social harmony and inclusivity and also diversity race .
Preserving culture and recognizing the contributions done by both indigenous people and Australians ,
which serve as our national identity , this shows to the indigenous communities that they can trust the
Australian government and also by acknowledging this connection it can bring moral obligation to us as well
.We can also reduce socioeconomic inequalities by focusing more education and healthcare , by these
benefits Australia can also ensure a healthy educated workspace or a workplace which promotes a economic
growth and social stability which aligns with the global efforts to achieve equitable access to equality of
education and healthcare .We have to also make sure that we have transparency and accountability which is
essential for a good governance and public trust which demonstrates the Australia’s commitment to uphold
human rights in international standards .By also increasing public awareness we can educate the other
people in Australia to understand and reduce prejudice and discrimination against indigenous and other
communities this can give out a balance of harmonious society setting an example for other nations to
address these discriminations and promote human rights in their nations Australia’s , also one of the
founding members in the United Nations of Human Rights Council which shows our commitment to human
rights .
In terms of security Australia acknowledges the need to balance the technological innovations withthe
national security interest , which are actively collaborating with international partnerships to addresses
potential security challenges .Australia's interest in priorities regarding the potential of human rights in
fragment by technology development are multifaceted. In the economy sector , Australia seeks to leverage
technology of growth and innovation still ensuring that human rights are promoted economically and are
stable and prosperous. Politically , Australia focuses on the democratic principles and the rules to protect the
rights of the people ,free of expression in digital media and privacy in the digital media which aims to
safeguard our privacy and rights . Socially Australia focuses on social trust and harmony , which aims to
safeguard their rights as well as being the citizen in the digital era , which places in premium social inclusion
and cohesion .
Australia believes in international cooperation and is willing to cooperate with other countries and
organizations to achieve a common goal or solution related to human rights or other rights in the nation ,
Australia actively engages with organizations like ASEAN and Pacific Island Forum . We also have
membership with the United Nations and Human Rights Council and work closely with other nations to
promote human rights globally .
