    Thank you for exploring career opportunities with CATCHY PEAK.


    You have successfully completed our initial selection process and we
    are pleased to make you an offer of employment. This offer is based
    on your profile, relevant work experience and performance in the
    selection process. You have been selected for the position of [Digital
    marketer] at CATCHY PEAK. (Hereinafter called as the “CATCHY
    PEAK”) upon agreement of below terms and conditions.

    1. Duties and Responsibilities

    You shall perform the duties assigned to you at high professional


    standards all the time, and comply with all the rules, standards,
    and procedures in place. This position does not entail payment
    for extra time or overtime.

    The working hours will be as below:

    Normal working week: Monday through Saturday

    Normal office timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (should reach 15


    mints early)

    Normal Lunch timings: 45 mints (between 01:15 PM to 2:00 PM)

    Normal break timings: 20 mints (between 4.40 PM to 05:00 PM)

    Notwithstanding your initial posting, CATCHY PEAK have the


    right to post you to any project or client office, including
    overseas, if deemed necessary. You will not be allowed to
    undertake or continue any other business or work, except with
    CATCHY PEAK written permission.

    2. Compensation and Benefits

    Salary - Your monthly basic salary will be INR 23000 (Indian


    Rupees twenty three thousand only). After 6 months of probation
    period, we will revise your salary based on your performance
    evaluation with an expected increment of 15% to 40%. This will
    be your salary for next 12 months. After the mentioned 12
    months, you can expect an increment of 10% to 20% based on
    your performance analysis. You can expect a salary revision on
    every year. Salary revision periods are based upon your joining
    month. Additionally you can also expect client or student referral
    commission

    3. Individual Income Tax

    You will be liable to pay individual income tax under Indian Law

    4. Termination of Employment

    You would need to serve a probation period of 3 months, after


    which you may be confirmed. CATCHY PEAK may extend your
    probation period if necessary. CATCHY PEAK may terminate
    your employment by giving you written notice of one day notice
    in probation period and 60 days after you have been confirmed.
    Your salary in-lieu will be settled.
    If you commit any act of misconduct, within or outside your
    employment, CATCHY PEAK has the right to terminate your
    employment with immediate effect, and no notice period nor will
    salary in-lieu of notice be required.
    If you decide to terminate your employment before the contract
    period, you must give sixty calendar days advance notice in
    writing or pay salary in-lieu of short notice. CATCHY PEAK has
    right to accept/reject offer of salary in-lieu of notice, depending
    on the commitment with client.

    5. Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation

    During your employment with CATCHY PEAK, you shall not


    directly or indirectly solicit the business of any customers of
    CATCHY PEAK for the benefit of any other agency, Company,
    or Organization, nor solicit the services of any of CATCHY
    PEAK’s employees (directly or indirectly), nor induce their
    resignation from service or termination of their employment. You
    further agree that you shall not accept any offer of direct or
    indirect hire by the Client or through other agencies to serve the
    same Client in the same department that you are assigned to.

    6. Confidentiality

    As part of your employment, you will acquire or develop


    confidential and proprietary information for CATCHY PEAK
    and its business with customers. You agree that such confidential
    information for CATCHY PEAK’s exclusive benefit and that,
    both during the employment and thereafter, you will not directly
    or indirectly use and disclose any Confidential Information except
    for the sole benefit, and with the consent of CATCHY PEAK.
    Upon conclusion of your employment, you will promptly return
    all documents and information concerning CATCHY PEAK
    and/or its customers and employees. You also agree that
    employee contract is strictly confidential between you and
    CATCHY PEAK. You agree not to disclose the details to any
    whatsoever. Failure to comply, you will have to pay CATCHY
    PEAK damages equivalent to three months of your salary.

    7. Governing Law

    Upon your acceptance of this offer, this Agreement represents the


    entire agreement between you and CATCHY PEAK and
    supersedes all prior Agreements signed and will be governed by
    the laws of India. CATCHY PEAK have pleasure in welcoming
    you to a long and mutually beneficial years of service.

    8. Submission of Documents

    At the time of your joining, photocopy of the following


    documents should be submitted. Please carry the original copies
    for verification or upload it on provided Google form.
