I am thankful to almighty for the blessing that has been showered upon me to

complete the project successfully. My earnest gratitude to Mr. G. Sunil Kumar

for their constant guidance throughout the development of my project till its

completion within a specified period of time.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Samarjeet Kar, H.O.D,

Department of Computer Science, GICMS, Gunupur, Odisha and other

faculty members, GICMS, Gunpur, Odisha for their guidelines during each

phase of the project development. I am thankful to all our friends for their

immense backing throughout the growth of this project work. Last but not the

least I am greatly indebted to my beloved parents whose inspiration and active

cooperation helped me in each and every circumstance and sponsored

everything required for me to complete this project work.

Our college is a best college in southern Odisha having all types of facilities and software for
developing the project. Our college have these facilities. The institute has a well resource
library having more than 7000 books from all major publishers and 22 journal/periodicals.
Provision is made for e-library and book bank.
The reference is open though out the day and evening hours as well the institute
facilitates access to internet though high power vast throughout the day. Managed by
efficient R & D personals the institute setup R &D cell to provide assistance to
students for project work & create research and development activities among
students. This cell is managed by one efficient MBA personal put the institute on the
national/international level. Our pass out are now working in so many MNCS and
Govt. establishment. The institute provides separate hostel for both boys &girls. The
cost of living is very low. Facilities like indoor game, TV, phone, dinning and
cooking is provided. High security is provided to the inmates. One of our major thrust
areas is personality development. On regular basis seminar/workshops are being
conducted to develop the skill and knowledge base of students except this group
discussion, debate competition are also organized to develop the personality and co-
curricular activities of the students.

Steps have been taken to have a resource center for special coaching for GATE,
GRE, and TOFEL etc... The faculties and support the staffs are well guided us. Our
college that is Gayatri Institute of computer and management studies, Gunupur,
Rayagada, and Odisha is providing quality education to the students and has its
software branch for helping to the students. It is providing quality education to MCA,
MBA and B.Pharm& BCA. It has been affiliated by BPUT, Rourkela.
