Annex LTSA-1
Price Schedules

The following price sheets shall be used as the basis for providing the unit prices. After possible corrections
due to clarifications, the completed and agreed price tables shall be entered into Annex 1 of the Long Term
Service Agreement, where it defines the price basis for the entire Contract.
1. The Price Schedules for each phases are divided into separate Schedules as follows:
Schedule No. 1 – Offshore Portion
Services and provided from outside Federal Republic of Nigeria “off shore portion”
Schedule No. 2 – Onshore Portion
Services and supplies provided from within Federal Republic of Nigeria (Local Portion)
Schedule No. 3
Options (if any)
2. All prices shall be specified in US Dollar (USD). The onshore portion shall in addition be
specified in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
3. The Schedules do not generally give a full description of the plant and materials to be supplied and
the services to be performed under each item. Tenderer shall be deemed to have read the
Employer’s Requirements and other sections of the RFT documents and reviewed the EPC
Contractor’s documentation to ascertain the full scope of the requirements included in each item
prior to filling in the rates and prices. The entered rates and prices shall be deemed to include for
the full scope as aforesaid, including related design, procurement, project management, quality
assurance, overheads and profit. The Tenderers should be aware that at the Contract signing the
successful Tenderer shall detail the Schedules as to allow for obtaining the approvals, procedures
and the Government Decision for the tax exemption regarding the custom duties and value added
tax.
4. For all Plant and Materials, Services, and Installation Works the contractual relationship shall be
deemed to be between Employer and Contractor. All Plant and Materials, Services, and
Installation Works shall be subject to Taxation/duties according to the Laws of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria, including the above mentioned Governmental Decision. The Contractor will
be responsible for correct compliance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The
importation of all the Plant and Materials or parts of it shall be handled by the Contractor. The
Employer will be responsible for custom clearance provided that the Contractor will prepare and
submit the transport documents with minimum 5 days before shipment.
All costs related to above taxation, duties etc. shall be included in the Contractor’s price break down with the
exception of custom duties.
5. If Tenderers are unclear or uncertain as to the scope of any item, they shall seek clarification in
accordance with the Instructions to Tenderer in the RFT documents prior to submitting their
Tender.
6. Prices shall be filled in indelible ink, and any alterations necessary due to errors, etc., shall be
initialled by the Tenderer.
7. As specified in the Conditions of Contract, prices shall be fixed and firm for the duration of the
Contract, the sole exception being the Price Escalation defined in Annex 3 to the Long Term
Service Agreement.

8. Tender prices shall be quoted in the manner as indicated and specified in the Instructions to
Tenderers in the RFT documents.
9. For each item, Tenderers shall complete each appropriate column in the respective Schedules,
giving the price breakdown as indicated in the Schedules. Alternative breakdown tables may be
provided in addition to the official ones if the Tenderer feels that such table would provide more
clarity.
10. Where there are errors between the total of the amounts given under the column for the price
breakdown and the amount given under the Total Price, the former shall prevail and the latter will
be corrected accordingly.
11. Where there are discrepancies between amounts stated in figures and amounts stated in words, the
amounts stated in words shall prevail.
12. Payments will be made to the Contractor
a. in US Dollar (USD) for the “off shore portion”
b. in Nigerian Naira (NGN) for the local Portion.
13. Items left blank will be deemed to have been included in other items. The TOTAL for each
Schedule shall be deemed to be the total price for executing the Works and sections thereof in
complete accordance with the Contract, whether or not each individual item has been priced.
14. When requested by the Employer for the purposes of making payments or part payments, valuing
variations or evaluating claims, or for such other purposes as the Employer may reasonably
require, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with a breakdown of any composite or lump
sum items included in the Schedules.

The Tenderer shall provide the price tables based on the provided Tendering Documents. The pricing shall
be based on an intended Term of 12 years on base load operation. It shall include at least two major
overhauls, each with a complete replacement of all Parts of the Hot Gas Path. As the priority lies on the
overhaul cycle the actual duration of the Term may be more or less than the 12 years. The Tenderer shall
ensure that the Employer is given full flexibility for altering the operation mode.
For comparison reasons and for providing the total sum offered as a reference, it will be assumed that the
requested maintenance cycles are reached and completed, including the last major overhaul, by the end of the
twelfth year of the Contract. The calculation shall be based on 8000 operation hours per year (less in years
where planned outages prevent such number) and 50 starts and 25 days of operation in house load.
Schedule No. 1 –: Off Shore Portion
As a minimum, the following items shall be shown in tables:
 Preparation fee for preparation works and additional initial stock of spares (note: Initial spares are
included in the EPC Contract.
 Fixed quarterly fee
 Variable fees for operating hours, starts, trips and other factors influencing the variable fee
 Any special fees per inspection or overhaul
 Total Price calculated on the basis of the above conditions
Schedule No. 2 –: On Shore Portion
As a minimum, the following locally provided items shall be shown in tables:
 Preparation fee for preparation works and additional initial stock of spares (note: Initial spares are
included in the EPC Contract.
 Fixed quarterly fee
 Variable fees for operating hours, starts, trips and other factors influencing the variable fee
 Any special fees per inspection or overhaul
 Total Price calculated on the basis of the above conditions
Schedule No. 3 –: Options
As a minimum, the following locally provided items shall be shown in tables:
 Complete Spare and Wear Parts Lists with pricing
 Special fees for unplanned maintenance not included in the Contract
 Extra Performance Test after minor inspections, in accordance with ASME PTC 22
 Termination fees, if any, according to GCC Clause 43.1.3 (e). Such fee shall be shown as curves as a
function of time and inspections/overhauls, and may at some times – due to the cash flow situation
show a payment form the Contractor to the Employer.
 Other options necessary for ensuring that the Employer will have full transparency of costs in case
any GT related services are needed.
