Download and Install the RSLogix Starter Software Packages

Download the Software


Here are the steps:
1. Go to:

&resourcekey=0-OqZIRRg3P7x_7pobwNC1PA and download the zip folder from Google
Drive

2. Unzip/”extract all” on both of the folders, right click on the relevant folder then select
“Extract All”. This will extract the folder to a location of your choice, so you can create a
folder and store where you wish.

Install the Software
RSLinx Classic Lite

Open Folder “3.80.00-RSLinxLite-A-DVD”

Start by installing RSLinx Classic Lite. Select the RSLinxClassicLitev3.80 setup file. Follow the
screenshots below to install:

RSLogix Micro
Next, install RSLogix Micro Starter Lite. Open the Micro_Lite_830 folder and install RSLogix
Micro using the ‘setup’ file. Follow the screenshots below to install:

RSLogix Emulate 500
Finally, drill down into Emulate500 > 6.00.00-RSLogixEmulate500-CD and select the ‘setup’
file. Follow the screenshots below to install:
