I. ANNOUNCEMENT THAT CEREMONY IS ABOUT TO BEGIN
EMCEE 1: Binog Elementary School Commencement Exercises are about to
begin. We expect the Commencement Exercises to last approximately 2 hours so
before we begin this ceremony, let me remind you to turn your cellphone to
silent mode and be courteous around you by refraining from talking aloud during
the presentation of graduates. We encourage you to express your pride by
applauding and cheering.
II. INTRODUCTION
EMCEE 2: Good morning ladies and gentlemen. Graduation day is always a day
of rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of an educational journey and the
commencement of another more uncertain and more difficult part of man’s quest
for a better life and future. Truly, signifies the culmination of many years of hard
work in the relentless pursuit of knowledge, knowledge that will enable a person
to embrace opportunities and to take challenge with clear vision and purpose.
Today, another history slowly unfolds as we come to an end of the school year
2023-2024. Friends, welcome to the ___ Commencement Exercises of Binog
Elementary School.

EMCEE 1: with so much cheer, let us laud the graduates as they march towards
the venue.

IV. ENTRY OF GRADUATES AND PARENTS
EMCEE 2: At this time, let us welcome the candidates for Graduation for School
Year 2023-2024. This batch is composed of 2 sections namely Grade VI
Chrysanthemum headed by Ms. April Joy C. Pito, Teacher III, and Grade VI
Daffodil headed by Ms. Mary Joana Cadut, Teacher III together with their proud
parents.

EMCEE 1: Let us also welcome the highly esteemed members of the academic
community led by the dynamic and supportive Public School District Supervisors,
Dr. Arnio L. Saludario, the epitome of empowered woman and a great school
leader, our very own School Principal II, Ma’am Mary Ann P. Bianes, together with
the vibrant and high calibers educators of this institution, honored guest of honor
and speaker barangay officials who are with us today, members and officers of
PTA, colleagues, visitors and friends.

EMCEE 2: The Commencement Exercises of Binog Elementary School is now in
order. May I request everyone to please all rise as we pay tribute to our National
Flag through the singing of the Philippine National Anthem
Please remain standing as we pay tribute, honor and glory to our Almighty GOD
through audio-visual presentation to be followed by singing of Northern Samar
DepEd Division Hymn and Deped Quality Policy Statement.

VII. ANNOUNCEMENT
EMCEE 1: Members of the graduating class, honored guests, PTA Board of
Directors, faculty, staff, students, family, alumni and friends, I am
__________________ and _______________________, your Ceremonial Masters for the
Commencement Exercises. First and foremost, thank you to the members of the
working committee who spent many long hours planning this day and to the
many others that have helped to organize and plan this very important event.

X. PRESENTATION AND CONFIRMATION OF CANDIDATES
EMCEE 1: And now, the main highlight of today’s affair is about to unfold in our
midst. To do the honors off presenting this year’s candidates for graduation, may
we have on the stage our School Principal II, the school head of exemplary
performance, none other than Ma’am Mary Ann P. Bianes
EMCEE 1: this time may I call in our District In charge, Dr. Arnio L. Saludario for
the confirmation of candidates and to give us the message from the Schools
Division Superintendent of Northern Samar.

the graduates.

XI. PRESENTATION OF THE GUEST OF HONOR AND SPEAKER
EMCEE 2: Today’s affair is being graced by a special woman who will in a
minute deliver her words of wisdom to our young graduates and to their parents
as well. To get to know more of her, may we call on the stage our very own
Teacher III, in the person of Ma’am April Joy C. Pito to do the honors in
introducing our 2024 Commencent Exercises Guest of Honor and Speaker.

EMCEE 1: May we have on the stage once more our PSDS, Dr. Arnio L.
Saludario, our Principal II, Ma’am Mary Ann P. Bianes, our former principal Sir
Roseller C. Demolar, our Barangay Captain Hon. Ferdinand F. Gordo and our
Committee on Education Hon. Darren Espallardo, all the Grade VI Advisers for
the awarding of the Plaque of Appreciation to our Guest of Honor and Speaker.
Please stay at the center of the stage as we award the diplomas and certificates
of our graduates. Thank you very much!
XII. AWARDING OF DIPLOMAS, CERTIFICATES AND MEDALS TO THE
GRADUATES
EMCEE 2: A certificate of Graduation is the tangible evidence of being a
graduate in a certain level of education. This is now the fruit of each pupil’s
endeavor. So to do the honors, once again, we have on the stage are the
members of the educational community.

EMCEE 2: Music is the expression of the soul, it moves emotions and feels with
the movement of the time. Through a song that emphasizes the strength amidst
challenges, let us hear the graduation song “__________________________” .
XVI. TRIBUTE TO PARENTS
EMCEE 1: That was an awesome delivery of lines and melody and I hope our
guests think the same. At this point, the batch 2019 would have not reached this
far, if not because of the people beside them. The graduates would wish to take
this opportunity to thank their parents in one way or another.
XVII. RECESSIONAL
EMCEE 1 & 2: The closing hour has finally arrived. Tomorrow, new challenges
and opportunities await our graduates that will further test their mettle as
improving individuals.
EMCEE 2: As they continue with their journey, may they look back to this stage
in their life with fondness and pride.
