Dear Sir/Madam,
LETTER OF OFFER
We are pleased to inform that JCL CREDIT LEASING SDN. BHD. (413411-H) (JCL CREDIT
LEASING) has approved the following financing facility to HERMINAH BINTI TAHIR
(NRIC No: (740621125564) subject to the given terms and conditions:
-
1. THE FACILITY
The party whose name and description are stated in Section 2 of the Schedule 1
hereto.
The Facility herein approved shall be utilized by the client for Shariah compliant
purposes only
and exclusively for the purpose as stated in Section 3 of the Schedule 1 hereto.
4. SELLING PRICE
The Selling Price payable by the Client to JCL CREDIT LEASING as stated in Section 4 of
the Schedule 1 hereto.
5. PURCHASE PRICE
The payment of the Selling Price shall be affected in accordance with Section 8 of the
Schedule
1 hereto.
9. JCL CREDIT LEASING shall deduct the costs specified in Section 9 of the Schedule 1 hereto
DEDUCTIONS
from the Facility consist of the following: -
The amount for payment of fee duty specified in Section 9 of the First Schedule shall be
deducted from the Facility. If the amount Must pay for payment of the
abovementioned fees and / or the payment has been made by JCL CREDIT LEASING on
behalf of the Client, JCL CREDIT LEASING reserved the right to demand the payment from
the Client.
11. REBATE
JCL CREDIT LEASING shall undertake to grant rebate on the unnamed profit
of the Facility in the following situations: - portion
a) Upon early full settlement of the
Facility.
12. PENALTY
In the event of any overdue in payments of the Facility, the Client shall pay to JCL CREDIT
LEASING a late payment charges on such overdue amount at the rate of 8% or at the rate and
in the manner prescribed and approved by the Shariah Advisor for the Tawarruq
Financing
product of JCL CREDIT LEASING.
13. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The Client hereby agrees and admit that as long as the Facility continue and/or as long as
any
amount remains outstanding under the Facility and/or the Security Documents, JCL CREDIT
LEASING is entitled to disclose all or any part of any information on the Client and where
applicable the Client's business (including its accounts and/or future accounts),
reports or
a)
documents supplied in connection with the Facility: -
b) to the Central Credit Unit or any other financier or other regulatory authorities
and/or
c) authorized party(ies) to whom such person is required to make such disclosure;
to companies which are or which in the future may be subsidiaries of JCL CREDIT
LEASING and that the subsidiaries of JCL CREDIT LEASING shall also be entitled to
make such disclosure to JCL CREDIT LEASING and/or to the other subsidiaries within
JCL CREDIT LEASING’s Group of Companies;
d) to any guarantor and/or
surety;
e) pursuant to subpoena or other legal process or in connection with any action,
suits or
f) proceeding
pursuant to anyrelating
law. to the Security Documents; or
to its auditors, legal counsel and other professional
advisors;

I/We, the undersigned hereby accept the above offer and confirm that I/we have read and
understand
the terms and conditions set out above.

Appointment 2: -
As agent to sell commodity to a commodity purchaser(s)
on behalf of the Client.
2) After the matters set out in 1 above have been concluded, the
Financier authoriseshall purchase commodity from an
commodity seller(s). Thereafter the Financier shall sell the
commodity to the Client on basis at an agreed selling
price which is payable by the Client on deferred terms.
The Financier acting as the Client’s agent will purchase the
commodity from the Financier.
3) The Financier acting as the Client’s agent shall sell the commodity
to commodity purchaser(s). The proceeds, which shall be
equivalent to the amount of the Facility, will be credited into the
Client’s bank account.
The Client shall pay the amount due under the Facility as per
agreed terms with the Financier.

4 Selling Price
6 Profit Margin Eighteen percent (18%) per annum on flat rate basis.

Tenure disbursement of the Facility.
