Benefits:
• The trainer can mark the attendance of the trainees for the scheduled training.
• The LMS application is integrated with LokOS, to login with its user as the BPM user.
3. Login
3.1 Login with LokOS Users (as BPM):
Method 1:
LokOS users can login in the LMS application as the BPM users with their credentials.
1. Enter the URL of LokOS > Login to the LokOS Application with the Valid credentials, select the
role then follow the mentioned steps.

2. Open another tab in same browser > Enter the URL to open the LMS Application.
3. Click on the button “Login with LokOS”.

Method 2:
1. Enter the URL to open the LMS Application.
2. Click on the button “Login with LokOS”. The application will redirect to the below login screen.
3. Enter the LokOS User Credentials, click on the button “Sign In”.

User will login into the application as a “Block Program Manager” Role.

4. Landing Dashboard
The LMS is a web-based application, and it can also be accessed from the mobile web browser as
well to schedule, manage, mark attendance, and track training programs.

Add Training
2. Fill all the details in the below popup and click on the “Save” button.

Modify Training:
Steps:
1. Click on the button “Edit Training Details”.
2. User can change the Training name from the below popup and click on the “Update” button.

6. Batch Management
Here in this section BPM can add new batches, in which the trainer/trainees can be added while
creation in the system.
Add Batch:
Steps:
1. Click on Batch option in the left panel.
2. Click on the “Add Batch” button.
3. Fill in all the details as below popup > click on the “Save” button.

7. User Management
Here in this section BPM can add new trainees/ trainer, and all added trainer and trainees will
appear here.
Add Trainee:
Steps:
4. Click on Member option under User Management.
5. Click on the “Add Trainee” button.
6. Fill in all the details as below popup > click on the Save button.

Add Trainer:
Steps:
1. Click on the “Trainer” option under the User Management > Trainer page will open.
2. Click on the “Add Trainer” button at the top right corner of the screen >> The “Add Trainer”
popup will open.
3. Fill in all the details in the opened popup and click on save.

3. Enter the Trainer’s details (First name, last name, mobile phone, batches and training) to change
and click on the ‘Update’ button.

Scheduler:
User can schedule a training using the option “Create Schedule” by filling the scheduler form and
can schedule multiple training using CSV file.
Create Schedule:
User can create a training schedule by entering details in below scheduler form, and save the
form. User will be allowed to schedule training only for future trainings.

Upload Schedule:
User can add multiple training schedule importing the updated CSV file.
• CSV template format can be downloaded by clicking the button ‘’Download” from the same
screen.
• After adding the training details in the CSV file, upload the same file from the below option.
After entering data in the above csv file, user can upload it as shown above.

View Attendance:
Steps:
1. Click on the option “Attendance” on the left panel of the screen.
2. Click on the option “View” under ‘Attendance’.
3. It will display an overview of the Attendance.

Report of Attendance:
User can download the attendance report by selecting the date range, below are the steps.
Steps:
1. Click on the option ‘View’ option under “Attendance” at the left panel of the screen.
2. Select the Program, Training name, Batch and Date Range (for which report need to be
generated.), then click “Apply”.
3. Click on the download button on the right side of the screen to download the attendance report.

4. Clicking the download button will ask to save the report in pdf format.
5. Attendance report will be downloaded at the selected location, and report will appear as below:

Mark Attendance:
Steps:
1. Click on the option ‘Attendance’ on the left panel of the screen.
2. Click on the option ‘Mark’ under ‘Attendance’.
3. Select the course for which the trainer wants to mark the attendance.

4. Select the check box for the present trainees, unchecked trainees will appear in the list of
absentees.
5. Click on the ‘Mark Present’ button at the bottom right corner of the screen.

a. Daily calendar mode, user can see the scheduled training at the time of the day.
b. Weekly calendar mode, user can see the scheduled training for the whole week time-wise in a
day.
c. Monthly calendar mode, user can see all the scheduled training in a month.
Calendar:
Calendar will show all todays and upcoming training schedules.
