This single-handed sickle, crafted from the tusk of a Greater Tusk Drake, has a
blade that curves sharply, resembling the hooked talon of a predatory beast. When
wielded, the weapon hums with primal energy, conjuring spectral claws that grasp
and tear at foes.
Weapon Stats: This weapon deals 1d8 slashing damage and has a +2 bonus to attack
and damage rolls. It can be wielded in one hand.
Spectral Claws. As an action, you can target a creature within 20 feet. Ethereal
claws extend from the weapon, slashing toward the target. The creature must make a
DC 16 Strength saving throw. On a failure, it is pulled 10 feet closer to you and
is considered grappled by the spectral claws. While grappled in this way, the
creature is restrained and takes 1d6 slashing damage at the start of each of its
turns.
The grappled creature can use its action to make a Strength saving throw to escape
(DC 16). If it fails, it takes an additional 1d6 slashing damage from the claws.
Once a creature escapes or is released, the spectral claws dissipate, and you
cannot use Spectral Claws again until you finish a short or long rest.
Twin Tusk Effect. If you are wielding two Claws of the Tusk Drake, you can use
Spectral Claws with both weapons simultaneously, targeting two different creatures
within range. Each creature must make its own saving throw to resist the effect.
Additionally, while you have a creature grappled by each weapon, you gain advantage
on attack rolls with the Claws of the Tusk Drake against both grappled creatures.
