REMOTE CONTRACT
This is a remote employment contract between DAVIS MILLER and
__________________________________________ as of the effective date of
_____________________.

1. The Freelancer agrees to provide the data typing, translation and


Microsoft excel services to DAVIS MILLER and Co.

2. DAVIS MILLER agrees to compensate the Freelancer for the services


rendered based on the number of projects completed.

3. The Freelancer agrees to complete the services within the agreed-upon


timeline, unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. The Freelancer agrees that any work produced under this Agreement
shall be considered "work made for hire" and that DAVIS MILLER shall
retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the work produced.

5. The Freelancer agrees to keep confidential any information received


from the DAVIS MILLER during the course of the engagement and shall
not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from the
DAVIS MILLER.

6. The Freelancer acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent


contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of the DAVIS MILLER.
The Freelancer shall be responsible for their own taxes, clearance of
payment and insurance.

7. Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice


to the other party. In the event of termination, DAVIS MILLER shall
compensate the Freelancer for any completed work up to the termination
date.

8. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with


the laws of FLORIDA/UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, without regard to its
conflict of laws principles.
9. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the
DAVIS MILLER and the Freelancer and supersedes any prior agreements
or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter
herein.

10. Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made


in writing and signed by both parties.

By signing below, the Client and Freelancer acknowledge that they have
read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and
agree to be bound by them.
