Login Credentials:
College Login
Faculty Login

Login:

College Dashboard:
College administrators can add students, view students, map faculty to courses and
classes, student report, faculty report, take attendance by selecting the date and period,
and view attendance reports.

Student:
• Select Admission Year: Choose the academic year when the student was
admitted.
• College: college will select automatically because we logged in college login.
• Select Program: Choose the program the student is enrolled in, such as UG, PG,
or Integrated.
• Select Course: Choose the specific course the student is taking.
• Select Year/Semester: Choose the year or semester of the course.
• Select Class: Choose the class or section that the student belongs to.
• Student Roll Number: Enter the roll number assigned to the student for
identification.
• Student First Name: Enter the first name of the student.
• Email: Enter the student's email address.
• Mobile Number: Enter the student's mobile phone number.
• Gender: Select the student's gender.
• Click Submit to save the student details.

View Student / Edit Student:
• Based on the following filters, you can view the student data:
• Program: Choose the program (e.g., UG, PG) the students are enrolled in.
• Course: Select the specific course within the program.
• Class: Choose the class or section of the course.
• After viewing the student data, you can also edit student details as needed.

Mapping (Faculty/Subject/Class):
• Select College: The college will be selected by default based on your login
credentials if you are logged into the college login.
• Select Program: Choose the program related to the mapping, such as UG, PG.
• Select Course: Choose the specific course associated with the mapping.
• Select Year/Sem: Choose the year or semester of the course.
• Select Subject: Choose the subject for which the mapping details are being
entered.
• Select Faculty: Choose the faculty member assigned to teach the subject.
• Select Class: Choose the class or section where the subject will be taught.
• Student Count: The system will display the number of students for the selected
criteria. For example: Students count for above selected: 25.

Attendance:
Take Attendance:
• Click on the Take Attendance link for the corresponding entry. This will direct you
to the attendance interface for the selected subject, class, and faculty.

• Date Display:
• Select Period:
Click on "Get Student List" to view the list of students enrolled in the
selected subject, class, and period.
• Select Timing:
Choose the specific time for which you are taking attendance.
• Click "Submit" to record the attendance for the selected period and timing.

View Attendance:
• Select Date: Choose the date for which you want to view attendance report.
• Select Period: Choose the period for which you want to view attendance report.
• Checkbox Colour:
o Green Checkbox: Indicates the student is present.
o Red Checkbox: Indicates the student is absent.

Student Report:
Filter Options:
Use the following filter options to generate the student report:
• College:
The college will be selected by default based on your login credentials if you are
logged into the college login.
• Course:
Select the specific course to filter the students by their course of study.
• Subject:
Choose the subject to include students based on their enrolment in that subject.
• Class:
Select the class to filter students by their assigned class.
• Date:
Select the date to filter the report based on specific events or data within that
timeframe.

• Generate Report:
After applying the desired filters, generate the student report based on the selected
criteria.
• View Report Details:
The report will display the following information for each student:
• Roll Number: The unique enrolment number assigned to the student.
• Student Name: The name of the student.
• Total No. of Periods: The total number of periods/classes scheduled for the student.
• Total No. of Presents: The total number of periods/classes the student attended.
• Percentage (%): The attendance percentage, calculated as the ratio of the total
number of periods attended to the total number of periods scheduled.

Faculty Hours Report:
Select Faculty:
• Choose the specific faculty member for whom you want to generate the report.
Select Date:
• Choose the date range or specific date for which you want to generate the report.
Generate Report:
Based on the selected faculty and date, the report will include details such as:

Users:
• To add a new user, enter their full name, email address, select the role for the user
(e.g., Faculty, IT-Coordinator), user name, password, confirm the password, mobile
number, and select the college.

Faculty Login:
• Click Submit present today for mark present this will be generated in Faculty
Attendance Report.
• Faculty login allows faculty members to take attendance and view student and
faculty reports.

Attendance:
• Click on the Take Attendance link for the corresponding entry. This will direct you
to the attendance interface for the selected subject, class, and faculty.

IT-Coordinator Login
• IT-Coordinator login allows downloading student and faculty reports based on the
corresponding college coordinator login.

• Course:
Select the specific course to filter the students by their course of study.

Select the date to filter the report based on specific events or data within that
timeframe.
