1. INVENTION IN BRIEF
B. Please list all the currently existing technologies/products that are similar to the
invention.
UAV DRONE (WHICH IS NOT IMPLEMENTED YET)
C. What is the invention? Describe the present invention in not more than 100 words. In
effect, we are trying to identify the most essential novel elements of this invention.
It is similar to our drone but, it is not implemented, and it goes slower than our project life threatening situations might occur so in that case
our drone is faster.
2. DISCLOSURE INFORMATION
A. Details of prior public disclosures to any person, whether public or confidential, e.g.,
journal publications, conference / seminar proceedings, collaborators, suppliers, etc. or
a meeting of a learned society planned, in the near future or offers to sell the invention
if any.
I haven't disclosed my project to anyone after my patent I will build it and sell it!
3. PRIOR ART
A. Was a literature / patent search conducted? If conducted. Please provide the search
report.
No it wasn't
4. DETAILS OF INVENTION
A. Provide the drawings of the device, equipment /apparatus involved as well as the

When a lifeguard observes a swimmer who has inadvertently crossed the safety line, the drone can be deployed from its dedicated docking
station. Equipped with a buoyant pool noodle enhanced with caution tape and glow-in-the-dark elements for visibility, the drone drops the
noodle to the swimmer. The noodle is tethered to a polyester rope connected to the docking station, allowing the lifeguard to reel in the
swimmer safely.
E. Provide a list of features that sets your invention apart from the existing technologies.
Thermal Sensor to sense the people in the dark, Dropping life rope mechanism.
G. Describe the invention in detail and identify the preferred embodiment. Try to add
embodiments as much as feasible. Try to add at least one example/ illustration of the
invention.
A little kid is struggling in the ocean. A lifeguard sends the rescue drone zooming to their help. The drone
drops the noodle, the kid eventually grabs on, and the drone pulls them safely back to shore. It saves the kid
eventually.

I. Explain how your invention works. Describe the best method/ system of the invention.
List, label and describe all essential components of the invention.(for e.g camera, GPS,
graphic card, sensors, software algorithm and the like)
The noodle is tethered to a polyester rope connected to the docking station, allowing the lifeguard to reel in the swimmer safely. We believe
that this drone could significantly enhance community safety and reduce risks associated with high tides and rescue operations. We are
interested in exploring potential collaboration with the government to further develop this project. We would appreciate the opportunity to
discuss any necessary adjustments or enhancements to ensure the drone meets safety and operational standards.

J. What are the advantages of the current invention over the existing technologies?
The rescue drone described above offers several advantages:
Rapid response: The drone can quickly reach a person in distress, potentially saving lives.
Remote operation: Lifeguards can control the drone from a safe distance, reducing their risk.
Versatility: The drone can be used in various water environments, such as oceans, lakes, and rivers.
Multiple rescues: Multiple drones can work together to rescue more people simultaneously.
Additional features: The drone can be equipped with cameras, speakers, or other devices to enhance its capabilities.
Cost-effective: Compared to traditional rescue methods, drones can be a more cost-effective solution.
Environmental impact: Drones can help reduce the risk of injuries to lifeguards, which can be costly and time-consuming.
Public safety: The drone can be used to deter people from swimming in dangerous areas.
K. Briefly describe any efforts to make the product according to your invention.
Research and Development: This involves conducting research to understand the market need, developing prototypes, and testing the invention to
ensure it functions as intended.
Intellectual Property Protection: Securing patents or other forms of intellectual property protection to safeguard the invention.
Manufacturing: Finding suitable manufacturers to produce the product in sufficient quantities to meet demand.
Marketing and Spreading awareness: Developing a marketing strategy to promote the product and reach potential customers.
Distribution: Establishing channels for distributing the product to retailers or consumers.
L. The precise operating conditions and the best way to practice the invention also should
be given, including wider operational and compositional ranges which are practical.
Weather: While clear skies, calm winds, and moderate temperatures are ideal, the drone should be designed to withstand a range of weather conditions, including
light rain, moderate winds, and temperature fluctuations.
Water: The drone should be capable of operating in various water conditions, including deep and shallow waters, as well as those with moderate debris or currents. It
should also be equipped with sensors to detect obstacles and avoid collisions.
Battery: The drone's battery should be designed for extended flight times, even in challenging conditions. Consider using high-capacity batteries or exploring
alternative power sources like solar or fuel cells.
Legal: Adhere to local laws and regulations regarding drone operation, including airspace restrictions and permits.
M. Remember to use consistent terminology in the invention disclosure. Use generic
description for any of the features/parts listed.
Beyond its primary function of rescuing individuals from drowning, the rescue drone can be equipped with various additional
features to enhance its capabilities and versatility:
Thermal Imaging Cameras: These cameras can detect heat signatures, allowing the drone to locate victims in low-visibility
conditions such as fog, smoke, or darkness.
Night Vision Cameras: Similar to thermal imaging cameras, night vision cameras enable the drone to operate effectively in
low-light environments.
Public Address Systems: The drone can be equipped with a public address system to communicate with victims, provide
instructions, and offer reassurance.
Medical Supplies: The drone can be outfitted with a compartment to carry essential medical supplies, such as first-aid kits
or defibrillators, for immediate assistance.
Environmental Monitoring: The drone can be used for environmental monitoring tasks, such as detecting pollution, tracking
wildlife, or assessing water quality.
Data Collection: The drone can collect valuable data, such as water temperature, current speed, and wave height, to aid in
research and improve safety measures.
Integration with Existing Systems: The drone can be integrated with existing emergency response systems, allowing for
seamless coordination and communication between lifeguards, rescue teams, and other relevant personnel.
By incorporating these additional features, the rescue drone can become a versatile tool for a wide range of applications,
not only saving lives but also contributing to the safety and well-being of aquatic environments.
