Assignment Title: Airline Reservation Analysis


Task:
1. Create a pivot table including Airport Continent, Country Name, Passenger ID
a. Hint: Rows: Airport Continent, Country Name, ∑𝑉𝑎𝑙𝑢𝑒𝑠: Count of Passenger ID
b. Do not show subtotals. Grand totals off for rows and columns. Insert blank line
after each item.
c. Add Row Headers, add column headers.

2. Create a pivot table including Airport Continent, First Name, Last Name, Gender,
Arrival Airport, Flight Status, Age
a. Hint: Rows: Airport Continent, First Name, Last Name, Gender, Arrival Airport,
Columns: Flight Status, ∑𝑉𝑎𝑙𝑢𝑒𝑠: Sum of Age
b. Show all Subtotals at bottom of group. Grand totals off for rows and columns.
c. Add Row Headers, add column headers.

3. Create a pivot table including Airport Continent, Nationality, Airport Name, Airport
Country Code, Passenger ID
a. Hint: Rows: Airport Continent, Nationality, Airport Name, Airport Country,
∑𝑉𝑎𝑙𝑢𝑒𝑠: Count of Passenger ID
b. Do not show subtotals. Grand totals should be on for columns only. Show report
layout as Show in tabular form.
c. Add Row Headers, add column headers, add banded rows, add banded
columns.

4. Create a pivot table including Airport Name, Airport Country Code, Country Name,
Departure Date, Arrival Airport, Pilot Name, Flight Status
a. Hint: Rows: Airport Name, Airport Country Code, Country Name, Departure
Date, Arrival Airport, Pilot Name, Flight Status, ∑𝑉𝑎𝑙𝑢𝑒𝑠: Count of Passenger
ID
b. Apply filter on row labels which displays Airport Name begins with “S”.
c. Add Row Headers, add column headers.
d. Apply PivotTable Styles.

5. Create Chart of each pivot table for correct data representation.
