DEAR COLLEAGUE,

The Division of Cytopathology, ICMR-NICPR, in collaboration with the Department of


Pathology, North DMC Medical College & Hindu Rao Hospital, Delhi is launching the 1st
Online NICPR-ECHO Course on Clinical Laboratory Management from July 03, 2024 till
August 28, 2024. Clinical laboratories are integral to evidence-based medicine. They
encompass multiple components requiring efficient management for optimal
functioning, which, when done effectively, leads to higher patient satisfaction.

The training course will feature talks by experts on general management aspects,
operations management, human resource management, quality management,
Didactic deliberations will be supplemented by simulated exercises related to clinical
laboratory management, providing participants with a practical understanding of the
challenges faced in laboratory management.

Eligibility: Completed MD/ DNB Pathology/ Biochemistry/
Microbiology/ Laboratory Medicine (Note: No other qualification is
eligible for this course).

Registration Fee: Rs. 2000/- payable by NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS only.

Number of seats: 100 (first-come-first-serve basis)

Last date to apply: June 15, 2024 or till seats are filled, whichever is
earlier

Refund policy: In case of cancellation of registration or registration by a


non-eligible candidate, no refund shall be made

Attendance in at least 80% of the sessions is mandatory to qualify for


the e-certificate at the completion of the course.
