PROJECT DESCRIPTION
As our cities get denser, residential homes in the sky continue to rise higher to meet the demands of
city living. Compact cities have been attributed to lower per capita energy use. This in mind Reizz
Residence rises to an impressive 51-storey condominium with over 400 units of homes.
Tucked away in a quiet spot on Jalan Ampang, This peaceful retreat balances the vibrant city lifestyle
with a calm and the serene environment of nature has led to its award of Green Building Index (GBI)
Completion and Verification certification for Residential New Construction development at certified
level.
The single tower condominium was carefully designed with sustainability objective in mind right
from the initial stage. Its orientation facing East and West and enveloping facade with high
performance low-e glass has minimized heat absorption enabling it to achieve an OTTV of 46.84
W/m2. Insulation provided at RC flat roof has effectively reduced heat gain through the roof to
residences on the top floors. The provision of windows and doors opening to generous balconies
and terraces promotes cross ventilations that helps to keep the residences cool at night.
Approximately 100% of Reizz Residence’s habitable rooms require no artificial lighting during

A rainwater harvesting system is also installed at the uppermost rooftop and water collected is
used for irrigation of the building landscaped areas. The water consumption of the project is
further reduced by wide-ranging specification of water efficient, low-flow sanitary fittings. All
these important decisions contributed to an overall water savings of 40% for both common areas
and within the residential unit themselves. The total annual water savings from these initiatives
exceeds 54,000,000 litres/year, equivalent to approximately 120,000 litres annually per unit.
The strategic development site is located within easy walking distance of public transportation
with several bus routes running along the nearby thoroughfare and easily accessible via pedestrian
walkway. Residents are also offered a variety of easily accessible amenities at the nearby
condominium. The convenience of these adjacencies helps to reduce residents’ dependence on
