Anxiety
There are many types of Anxiety, first one is the Generalized Anxiety Disorder,
wherein a person experiences a persistent and excessive worry about the future. Second type is Panic
Disorder it is a type of Anxiety that is connected with having panic attacks and fear of continued panic
attacks. Third one will be Social Anxiety Disorder wherein a person feels extreme fear and worry
about social situations that might make them feel humiliated or rejected. Next one is Separation
Anxiety Disorder, people with this type feels extreme fear of being separated to a person whom they
have deep emotional bond with. Specific Phobias is also included and many other things that is
associated with excessive fear.
As someone with anxiety, it is really hard to stay calm and stop worrying about
something. Avoiding the problem for a while is the easiest escape for me but I know that it doesn’t
make the problem go away, it just helps me to be calm and to come up with better solutions.
Sometimes our situation might be misunderstood and will be taken lightly by others, but everyday we
try to be better as we should.
