Title of Micro-Project: Study on Hadoop In Banking Sector

1.0 Problem Definition: The banking sector relies heavily on data for various purposes,
including customer transactions, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Hadoop, a powerful open-source framework, offers the capability to process and
analyze vast amounts of data quickly and cost-effectively

2.0 Aim/Objectives/ Benefits of the Micro-Project:


Identify and analyze the specific challenges faced by banks in managing large
volumes of data, including transactional records, customer information, and regulatory
data.
Investigate the potential role of Hadoop, an open-source framework for distributed
storage and processing of large datasets, in addressing these challenges within the
banking sector.

● Searched various topics related to Hadoop For making Micro project .
● Finalized as a Hadoop in Banking Sector our Micro project topic.
● Discussed with our Subject Faculty what should be included in the project then
made proposal for this project.
● Checked it from subject Faculty and then submitted it after taking signs.
● Collected Information which is required for this project by means of Various
Websites, Books, etc.
● Reviewed that information and made Final Project report with the help of that
Information.
● Checked it from Our Subject Faculty and Done all the corrections told by
Subject Teacher and then Finalized the report.
