General Instructions

Every participant is requested to always have their college


ID with them.
On-the-spot entries will not be entertained.
Participants are requested to check their event timings well
in advance and arrive 60 minutes prior to the opening
ceremony.
For team events, only the team leader must register for the
event. Multiple registrations are not allowed.
All participants must fill in the registration form.
Event materials, equipment & facilities must be handled with
care by all the participants.
Any property damage caused by any participant would
result in a penalty.
Participants need to adhere to the time limit specified for
each event.
Participants are requested to be present at their respective
event venues 20 minutes prior to the commencement.
Participants are required to strictly adhere to the deadlines.
Requests for deadline extensions will not be entertained.
General Instructions

Profanity or obscenity in any form will lead to immediate


disqualification. Any misbehaviour on part of the
participants and visitors will lead to expulsion from the
premises and will reflect on their college’s participation.
Do not carry sharp objects, inflammable objects or any other
objects that might potentially be dangerous.
Do not carry/consume any intoxicant, liquor, narcotics,
drugs, cigarettes or additives of any sort.
Participants are requested to keep the premises clean and
dispose of waste at the garbage cans only.
Rules listed are subject to change as per the discretion of
the Event Heads and the Organizing Committee.
The decision of the Organizing Committee and judges shall
be final and binding in all matters.
If a participant is found violating any of the above rules, it
would lead to the disqualification of the participant, who
would also be required to leave the premises immediately.
The to and from conveyance of the participants will be
taken care of by the Organizing Committee.
Lay-up
(The Basketball Battle)
Time: 10:40 a.m. - 12:40 p.m.
Venue: Basketball Court, SIBM-B
Duration of each round: 10 minutes
Competition type: Knockout
Prize money: First prize – INR 9000
Second prize - INR 6000

GAME:
A 3v3 basketball match will be played with 1 rolling
substitute for each team.
The team that scores 21 points in the stipulated time wins.

RULES:
Teams of 4 players are allowed to register.
3 players per team are allowed on the court at one time
with one rolling substitute.
It will be a direct knockout tournament.
In the case of an odd number of teams, a bye will be given
to one of the teams on a random basis.
Each game will be of 10 minutes with no breaks.
In the case of the ball going out of play, play will resume
with a throw-in.

If the match ends in a draw, the result will be decided with
free throws.
Referee’s decision will be final.
Any intentional fouling or use of abusive language will lead
to direct disqualification of the team.
Any racist comments will also lead to disqualification.
No player can be part of two teams.
Teams can decide their own jersey colours; these will not be
provided at the venue.
Each team needs to elect a captain who will be the point of
contact.

Resonance
(The Music Fest)
Time: 10:55 a.m. - 12:10 p.m.
Venue: Auditorium, SIBM-B
Competition type: Scoring
Prize money: First prize – INR 9000
Second prize - INR 6000

RULES:
There must be 1-6 participants in each team.
Participants must sing in the language associated with their
culture and country.
Participants will be judged based on clarity, tonality and
resonance to the theme and expression.
Participants are allowed one percussion instrument and one
acoustic instrument/keyboard as accompaniment.
Participants are allowed to bring a karaoke track, provided
that it is in an MP3 format, and the main vocals of the track
are not audible. Karaoke tracks should not include profanity
of any kind.
No limit on the number of teams per university/colleges.
Explicit songs are prohibited.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

RULES:
A 4v4 football match will be played with 1 rolling sub for
each team.
The team that scores the highest number of goals in the
stipulated time wins.
Teams of minimum 4 and maximum of 5 players are allowed
to register.
4 players per team are allowed on the pitch at one time
with one rolling substitute.
It will be a direct knockout tournament.
In the case of an odd number of teams, a bye will be given
to one of the teams on a random basis.
Each game will be of 10 minutes without any break.
No member can stay inside the D in front of the goal for
more than 10 seconds.

Futsal

a sudden death 1v1 from half-line.

provided at the venue.

Competition type: Scoring
Prize money: First prize – INR 9000
Second prize - INR 6000
REQUIREMENTS:
Music track in a pen drive.
A vanity room will be provided 10 minutes before and 10
minutes after the performance. Participants must wear base
makeup and costumes before the event starts.

RULES:
Setup time of 2 minutes will be provided.
Each group will be given 5 minutes of performance time.
There should be 4-10 participants in each team.
Costumes and other properties for the dance must be
arranged by the participants themselves.
Judgment will be based on song selection, formations,
expression, costumes, props, makeup and overall effect.
No limit on the number of teams per university/college.
Explicit songs & any obscenity are prohibited.

THEME- Under the Stars


RULES:
Each team should have a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10
members.
Teams will be judged based on creativity, walk, costumes
and attitude/expressions.
One team will get a maximum of 4 minutes to complete
their ramp walk and 1 minute to explain the thought behind
their dress up.
Teams will have to submit their music track for the ramp
walk prior to the event. Track must be in MP3 format.
Teams using any props / costume / dressing must bring all
their requirements and must be ready well in time as per
instructions of the organiser.
Decision of the judges will be final.
Common green rooms will be provided for changing
purposes before and after the event.
