Duties and responsibilities:

 Carry out all expediting activities for critical path material and equipment in the project
 Perform complex tasks associated with the day-to-day follow-up and problem solving
 Organize / participate in the Kick-Off Meeting (K.O.M.)
 Determine the causes of delays and immediately report findings plus recommendation to the
project so that possible solutions can be proposed and relayed back to the supplier
 Ensure that supplier’s bill of materials "BOM" are released, sub-orders placed, and orders
expedited and received within a time frame that will support the supplier’s manufacturing
 Help find solutions to problems and initiate actions that will eliminate any schedule delay
 Follow up with both ENPPI and Vendor technical team strictly to identify engineering
problems and resolved promptly and Protest in all schedule delays.
 Maintaining purchase orders contractual delivery dates.
 Ensure that supplier’s schedule includes time for major engineering, procurement and
fabrication activities.
 Participate in the overall supplier performance evaluation.
 Quality control: Follow up with inspection team to ensure that components are tested
whether they function as required or they are made to the measurements and standards of
the customer.
 Packing/transport survey: control the shipping / transport of material to the job site safely.
 Project management: monitoring the deadlines and milestones of the project and ensure that
the supplier will be on schedule.
 Field expediting: perform expediting visits or assign 3rd parties to suppliers for critical
commodities.
 Desk & phone expediting: extensive follow up material engineering, procurement and
fabrication processes by phone and e-mails, reviewing and negotiating

 Ensuring the permit to work system and any other safety system are strictly adhered to.
 Measure vibration, temperatures and thickness for the equipment and analyze the data.
 Responsible for the pyro-system area of plant to provide detailed inspection program,
carryout inspections, log data, analyze data and report to the PM Manager.
