Methodology:

postgraduate students in the Faculties of Education, Law, and Social Sciences at the University

reference service use, as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Results:
Preliminary data analysis reveals a higher participation of male respondents (62.8%) and a
majority within the age range of 26-30 years (51.6%). The Faculty of Education has the highest
representation (44.0%), while most respondents are master's students (61.0%). These
demographics provide insights into the participant characteristics for the study.
