permission to take items in or out of a country.
At the Customs
When a traveller crosses the border his luggage is taken to the customs-
house by porters. Every country has its own customs regulations. Customs
restrictions include a prohibited articles list. This is a list of items which may not
be brought into a country or taken out of it. An official paper giving permission to
take items in or out of a country is an import or export licence.
If atraveller has any item which comes under customs restrictions he must
declare it. The declaration is made either orally or in writing on a special form.

Our most popular tour is our coach tour to the USA. We fly to New York on
October 6th and you have week there for sightseeing. There are tours to the Statue

from the top of the Grapire State Building. We also go for the famous circle line
boat ride around Manhattan Island - a great chance to take photographs. After New
