SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, JEKE PINO, single, of legal age, Filipino citizens and a residents of Sitio
Kamanggahan, Banawa, Guadalupe, Cebu City, Philippines, have made, constitute and appoint, John
Rey B. Montemor, single, of legal age, Filipino, or Renato John C. Mosqueda, single, of legal age,
Filipino, with postal office address of Cebu City, Philippines, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact
for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things namely:
1. To process and follow-up of the Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR), of Capital Gain
Tax under Lot 6609-B-1-part, being a portion of Lot 6609-B-1, situated in the Barangay Tisa, City of
Cebu, Island of Cebu . Containing an area of Forty six (46 ) square meters, more or less and more
particularly bounded and described under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 160779.
2. To transact, receive the said CAR and sign for the acknowledgement receipt for me/us and in
my name; and
3. To process transfer of Tax Declaration / Title, get a certified copy of Tax Declaration,
Certification of non-improvement or with improvemnet, payment of Transfer Tax & realty tax in the
office of Cebu City Assessor.
4. To do and perform such other routenary acts necessary therefore.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as full to all intents and
purpose as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that our said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under by virtue of these
presents.
