SO SÁNH CÙNG MỘT ĐOẠN

This is an important topic, all university students are concerned about this issue. I'll graduate in 2027,
and the practical shows that the statistics on the unemployment chart are still increasing. In my opinion,
three factors graduating students need to pay attention to attitudes, professional qualifications, and
skills. These factors divide graduating students into two groups: Prepared and unprepared.

Graduates with a positive attitude often find jobs more easily. They are motivated, proactive, and willing
to learn. Employers appreciate these qualities because they indicate a strong work ethic and
adaptability. Many people choose a career path early in their lives and stick to it. They made themselves
more exceptional for employers with a good conversation. Their ways of thinking are extremely
dynamic, and enthusiastic. On the other hand, graduates with a negative attitude may seem less
enthusiastic and less committed, making it harder for them to secure employment. More than anyone
else, employers know clearly who should be recruited and benefit them just through their behavior and
words.

Education plays a crucial role in job placement. Graduates from reputable institutions with high
academic achievements are likelier to get good jobs. They have a solid foundation of knowledge and are
often seen as more competent. Professional qualifications are highly valued by employers. Conversely,
graduates from less recognized institutions or with lower academic performance may find it harder to
compete in the job market. They may not dedicate enough time to self-study, and their approach to
learning may be uncertain for various reasons.

Practical skills are essential for employment. Graduates who have developed relevant skills through
internships, projects, or part-time jobs are more attractive to employers. They can apply their
knowledge effectively in real-world situations. In contrast, graduates who lack practical experience may
struggle to demonstrate their capabilities, leading to unemployment. Moreover, practical experience
helps graduates build a professional network, which can be invaluable for job searching and career
advancement. Employers often prefer candidates who have proven their ability to work in team settings
and handle real-world challenges.

In conclusion, the difference between employed and unemployed graduates often comes from attitude,
education, and skills. Those with a positive attitude, strong educational background, and practical skills
are more likely to secure stable and good jobs. Meanwhile, those lacking in these areas may face
challenges in finding employment. Therefore, students must focus on developing these qualities during
their studies to improve their job prospects.

This is an important topic, all university students are concerned about this issue. I'll graduate in 2027,
and the practical shows that the statistics on the unemployment chart are still increasing. In my opinion,
three factors graduating students need to pay attention to attitudes, professional qualifications, and

With a group of people having a satisfied job, I have some reasons from many aspects to explain
depending on the matures above. Professional qualifications are highly valued by employers. They
recognize that an individual in a suitable job with a high salary tends to work harder than others. Many
people choose a career path early in their lives and stick to it. During their time at university, they
immerse themselves in their major, gaining in-depth knowledge and making a lasting impression on
their professors. They know how to distinguish themselves in a crowd with their excellent academic
abilities and deep expertise.

A well-respected student takes attitude very seriously. They believe that attitude is more important than
cleverness. This is evident in their responsible approach to all assigned tasks and their dedication to
studying and time management. Furthermore, they have developed a positive attitude through
participation in exchange and volunteer activities at school. Employers also value this as an important
factor.

Finally, there is the issue of soft skills. The skills mentioned are the ability to speak fluently and
professionally, the ability to present confidently, and the ability to create lasting relationships. Many
students have noticed this problem from a very early age and always try to improve them, many even
take courses to supplement the above skills. A very good preparation for the future and that's why they
get a desirable job.

A second group consists of unemployed individuals. During their time at school, some students may not
take their studies seriously and appear disinterested. They may not dedicate enough time to self-study,
and their approach to learning may be uncertain for various reasons. This could be due to choosing the
wrong major or not knowing how to study effectively. As a result, they may struggle to graduate, and
even if they do, they may not stand out to potential employers.

Attitude has a significant impact on actions. When individuals have just graduated from school and are
unable to find a job, their attitude plays a critical role. If they do not demonstrate a positive desire for
the position they want to enter, lack enthusiasm in their words, and exhibit disrespect towards learning,
they may become less competitive than others.

In addition, the problem of unemployment among young graduates comes from the fact that they do
not meet the soft skills that employers need. Many young people lack the skills needed for today’s job
market. Their time in college was wasted and this led to serious consequences, such as poor
communication, time management, problem-solving, and even leadership abilities.
