The students are required to identify any contemporary social issues and then draft the
relevant writ petition for that issues.

Objective: This assignment focuses on honing your legal drafting skills by preparing a Writ
Petition based on a hypothetical legal dispute. You are required to analyze the given problem,
apply relevant legal principles, and draft the documents as if you were representing a party in
court. To enhance students' understanding and skills in legal drafting by preparing a writ
petition on a relevant social issue. This exercise aims to develop the ability to identify social
issues, understand.

Instructions:

1. Understand the Problem:


Carefully read the situation provided. Identify the key facts, the legal issues.

2. Drafting the Writ Petition:


A petition is the document filed by the petitioner to initiate a lawsuit. It must clearly state
the cause of action, the relief sought, and the legal basis for the claim.

Your petition should include:

being filed and the names of all parties involved.

petition.
