advertisement. We have studied the tender and have quiet an understanding of your project requirements.
We would like to bring to your attention that for the past 5 years, we have been a registered supplier to
the government of the United States of America. Our company has completed numerous government
projects with great satisfaction levels across multiple departments.

Timeline
Step 1: Acceptance of the Tender

Step 3: Make changes if needed

Step 5: Deliver the order and sign off
Time duration: 4 weeks after approval

Payment
Upon signing the proposal, 30% of the total payment shall be deposited.
After the sample acceptance, 40% of the payment shall be made.
The remaining amount shall be deposited after the deliverance of the products.
Terms/Policies
The company reserves the right to cancel the contract for any reason beneficial to them, upon 30 days
written notice.
The terms and conditions of this proposal shall be governed by the laws of the State.
We provide a 6 month warranty for all our products. If they lose their shape with wear and tear, we
replace them.
