一.系统概述 System Overview

1.1 产品特点 Product Features

CXT-90Ⅱ型塔机多功能安全监控管理系统将塔机报警及工作记录显示装

置、塔机群防互撞及区域保护系统、远程在线电脑监视管理系统融为一体,可

实时在塔机上、在线电脑上显示塔机或塔机群的工作状况,同时具有记录功能、

防互撞和区域保护功能,可混合使用于各种类型的水平臂式、动臂式塔机。

CXT-90Ⅱ型采用了时下先进的嵌入式技术,使系统数据处理能力大大加强,精

度更高,稳定性更强,辅之以高精度的数字方位传感器、称重传感器、倾角传

感器等。另外,CXT-90Ⅱ型采用 8 寸全触摸屏操作,中英双语显示,信息直观

易读,安装使用简便,在塔机使用过程中为操作人员和监管人员提供了最全面

的塔机工作状态信息和充分的安全保障。

备注:用户可根据自身塔机需要选择全部或部分功能进行订货,我司发货

也会因不同的订货状态配置不同的传感器等配件,所发货物的功能和配件请以

合同为准。
CXT-90 Ⅱ Multi-function Safety System for Tower Crane integrated load moment indicator
with anti-collision & zone protection system and remote online monitoring system. It indicates real
time working states of tower crane and tower crane group both in operator cabin and online.In the
meantime it combines functions including black box, anti-collision & zone protection.The system is
applicable to various types of level-jib and luffing tower cranes. It adopted the most advanced ARM
embedded intelligent microprocessor technology, high precision digital azimuth sensor, weighing
sensor, angle sensor.which greatly enhanced data processing capability with higher precision and
higher stability. In addition,the system adopts 8 inch sized touch screen and display in bilingual
language(Chinese/English),which help operators install and use the system more easily. When the
operator runs the tower crane, the system can show the comprehensive working states of tower
crane which help him run the tower crane safe and effectively.

Note:Users can choose part or all of the system’s functions according to their needs.We will prepare
different spare parts based on the order.The function and the supplied spare parts are subject to the
contract.

二.系统组成 (力矩显示器) System Composition

CXT-90Ⅱ型塔机多功能安全监控管理系统的硬件组成下图,包括了显示屏、电源主机、
幅度传感器、高度传感器、称重传感器、风速仪、信号接入模块等。(根据厂家要求配置)
Composition of the system is shown as follows, including display, mainframe, amplitude sensor, height sensor,
weighing sensor, wind speed sensor, communication equipment and etc. ( prepare based on customer’s
requirement)

3 硬件安装 Hardware Installation


3.1 司机室控制盒及显示器安装

Installation of Driver’s Cabin’s Control Box and Monitor

建议控制盒安装在司机室左侧适当位置,
(具体安装方式用户自行处理 )。

It’s recommend that you install the control box to the proper left side of driver’s cabin. (The
users can deal with the installation according to the specific circumstance.)

3.2 称重传感器的安装:Installation of Weighing Sensor Shaft

将原配称重轮滑轮轴拆下,按原装配关系替换为剪力传感器轴。剪力传感

器轴装配时为尽量避免强力敲击,最好使用木锤。装配时应注意保护剪力轴端

头的接出电缆或电缆接头,不得碰撞和强力折弯,以免损坏。称重轮(剪力)

传感器轴装配好后,将其信号电缆铺设好后连接到控制盒上 4 芯插孔并旋紧。

Take the original weighing wheel shaft down; replace it with the shear force weighing sensor shaft
according to the original assembling structure. Try to avoid strong force striking. It’s better to use a
wooden hammer. During assembling, attention shall be paid to prevent the lead-out cable or
cable joint at the ends of the shear shaft from impacting or punchy bending in case of damage.
After installation of shear force weighing sensor shaft, lay the signal cable and connect it to the
controller the 4 cored port and tighten the screws.

注意:如果没有测力环装置,或和上述安装方式不一样,具体方法请询问厂家,

但都应该注意侧力轴的方向应该和钢丝绳的合力方向一致!
Note: If the tower crane doesn't have Dynamometer and the way of the installation is different form
the above,please contact with the manufacture. What’s more, please ensure the arrow mark to point
to the direction of steel wire ropes’ resultant force.
3.3 行程限制器(DXZ-W 带电位器型)安装

Installation of Trolley Travel Limiter (DXZ-W with Potentiometer)

3.3.1 高度行程限制器的安装 Installation of Height Travel Limiter

将原塔机配装的不带电位器的高度行程限制器拆下,更换上传动比原来的

稍大一些的带电位器的行程限制器(如原传动比是 1:78,更换成 1:96),将该

限制器的信号电缆铺设好后接到控制盒上 3 芯插孔并旋紧。
Take down the original height travel limiter without potentiometer and replace it with the one
with potentiometer and larger drive ratio (for example, replacing 1:78 with 1: 96). After fixing the
limiter cable well, connect it to the controller the 3 cored signal cable port and tighten the screws

3.3.2 幅度行程限制器的安装 Installation of Amplitude Travel Limiter

将原塔机配装的不带电位器的幅度行程限制器拆下,更换上传动比原来的

稍大一些的带电位器的行程限制器(如原传动比是 1:78,更换成 1:96),将该

限制器的信号电缆铺设好后接到控制盒上 5 芯插孔并旋紧。

Take down the original amplitude travel limiter without potentiometer and replace it with the one
with potentiometer and larger drive ratio (for example, replacing 1:78 with 1: 96). After laying the
limiter cable, connect it to the controller the 5 cored signal cable port and tighten the screws.

3.3.3 行程限位器的调整方法 Adjustment of Travel Limiter

注:当高度行程限位器,幅度行程限位器安装好后,需要进行调整。高度行程

限位器,幅度行程限位器三者的调节方法是相同的。

Note: The height travel limiter and amplitude travel limiter need to be adjusted after
installation. The way of adjustment of these three devices is the same.

先明确吊钩上升或小车向外行走时限制器轴的转动方向,见下图示,可确定。

电位器的转动方向(与轴转动方向相同)

Find out the rotary direction of the limiter shaft when the hook is rising or traveling outwards. See
the Figure below. You can find out the rotary direction of POT (same as limiter shaft).

要点:拆下电位器盖板观察滑动触点,根据吊钩上升和小车向外行走的转

动方向明确电位器工作行程范围,在吊钩高度零位或小车最小幅度时将滑动触

点调节至电位器工作行程接近起点的位置即可。
Note: Take down POT cover to observe the sliding contact point of POT, and then find out the
traveling range of POT according to the rotary direction of hook when it is rising or of trolley when
traveling outwards. Moving the sliding contact point to the place where the POT begins to work
when the hook height is zero or the trolley moves to min amplitude.

提示:反时针转动为上升时,触点调节至右起点处;顺时针转动为上升时,

触点调节至左起点处;调节时注意电位器的空白处。
Note: Rising by rotating anti-clockwise, move the contact point to the right starting point. Rising by
rotating clockwise, move the contact point to the left starting point; pay attention to the blank space
of POT when adjusting.

3.4 方位角(回转角度)传感器的安装(单机版没有此项)

Azimuth (Slewing Angle) Sensor Installation (load moment indicator version

doesn’t have this option)

将原回转限位器上部两螺钉取下,方位角(回转角度)传感器安装在塔机

和回转限制器之间。然后分别将大小两个齿轮固定在回转限制器和回转角度传

感器上,必须要求两个齿轮合齿。将方位角传感器引出的信号电缆铺设好后牵
引至司机室内,线端 7 芯插头接在控制盒上插孔并拧紧。
Take down the two screws of original slewing travel limiter and mount the azimuth (slewing
angle) sensor between the tower crane and slewing travel limiter, and then fasten the bigger and
smaller gear to slewing travel limiter and slewing angle sensor separately, make sure the two gears
are properly joined. Lay and lead the signal cable of slewing angle sensor into the cabin, then
connect the 7-cored plug to the controller the slewing angle signal socket marked and then screw it
down.

注意:此方位角(回转角度)传感器用的是回转限制器的传动功能,不对回转

限制器的连线做任何改变。

Remark: The slewing angle sensor utilizes the transmission function of slewing travel limiter .It
does not change the connection of slewing travel limiter.

3.5 风速仪及其他设备安装 Installation of Wind Sensor and Other Equipment

将风速仪竖直固定在塔吊顶端,信号电缆铺设好后牵引至司机室内,接在控制

盒上风速仪接口即可。其他设备确定好安装位置后,固定好后把信号电缆铺设

好后牵引至司机室内,接口都是唯一的。

Fasten wind sensor on the top of tower crane, lead the signal cable to operator cabin and connect it
to the wind sensor port of the controller. After all the other equipments have been installed, connect
the signal cable to driver’s cabin. All the interfaces are unique.

3.6 电源线连接 Connection of Power Line

接电要求:不要选择与塔机控制回路供电相同的相线接电,尽量减小电源

干扰(建议最好从塔机电源控制柜直接接电)。接地要求 :必须选择符合接地要

求的接地点进行可靠接地,接地电阻不大于 4Ω,保证系统能正常工作。

Requirements on power connection: Don't connect to the same phase line as power supply of
tower crane control circuit; try to minimize power interference (it is better to connect power directly
from tower crane power control cabinet).Requirements on grounding: Choose the appropriate
ground point for reliable grounding, ground resistance should not more than 4Ω, so as to ensure
that the system work properly.

控制端口说明:
单机版:(力矩安全保护)

注:1#~14#均为继电器输出点,状态: 1#~14#为常闭(ON)。或 1#~14#为常开触点(OFF),


当机器通电时继电器闭合(ON),达到报警状态时断开(OFF)。以上触点也可定做常开触点
(ON)
Note: 1# to14# are all output points of relay. State: 1#-14# are normally closed (ON), 11# and 14#
are normally open contact point (OFF). The relay closes (on)when the power is on. The relay is off
when it is on the state of alarming. The above contact point can be customized as open contact point
(ON).

4 功能介绍及设置(力矩显示器)
Function and Setting (Load Moment Indicator)

CXT-90 型塔机多功能安全监控管理系统的功能主要包括塔机力矩报警及工

作记录显示功能、远程在线电脑监视管理功能。
The system has the following functions, load moment indicator, record display and remote online
control by computer.

使用前准备事项:明确塔机的型号和厂家(如: STL293-18T),销轴传感

器尺寸,变幅和高度限位器比例。开机后进入工作界面:
Preparation: Confirm the tower crane type and manufacturer (e.g. Yongmao STL293-18T),
dimension of weighing sensor, amplitude and ratio of height limiter. Start the system and enter
working interface.

点击右下角菜单栏输入密码 8334 进入菜单: Press menu icon on right bottom of


screen .Input password 8334 and enter menu interface:

设置流程如下:确定显示的塔机型号和安装的塔机型号一致→硬件安装完毕→

设定通用参数→标定参数
Setting procedure: Make sure the display tower crane type the same as the tower crane
installed→Installation of hardware→Set general parameter→calibrate parameter

4.1 通用参数(有密码保护,1122)General Parameter (Protected by password,1122)


由塔机生产和租赁厂商根据塔机特性来设置。设置好以后不的更改。It has
been set by tower crane manufacturer according to the features of tower crane and can not be
changed.

当输入密码为 8111 时,则进入公英值转换和风速单位转换界面。

Input password 8111 and enter the interface of metric and wind speed unit

conversion.

4.2 负 荷 特 性 ( 有 密 码 保 护 , 不 对 终 端 用 户 开 放 ) load chart(Protected by


password ,not available to the terminal customer)
通过 PC 软件事先输入好塔机的载荷曲线表,生成配置文件,通过 U 盘来上传

数据,更改塔机型号。

由塔机生产和租赁厂商根据塔机特性来设置。设置好以后不得更改。
Input the load chart of tower crane by PC software and set up the file. Upload the file by USB disk
to change the type of tower crane.
It has been set by tower crane manufacturer according to the features of tower crane and can not be
changed.

4.3 参数设置(完成对塔机实时参数,如:幅度、高度、重量、回转的设置)

Parameter Setting (real time working parameter of tower cranes, e.g. amplitude,

height, weight, slewing)


V1 和 V2 表示双传感器电压。需要接入双输出传感器电压,两项都选择,
如果 V1 出现故障可人工切换到 V2(方法:把 V1 选项叉掉)。如果传感
器为单输出,只需要选择 V1 就可以了。出厂时会设定好。
V1 and V2 indicate double sensor voltage. User needs to connect double
output sensor voltage. Both V1 and V2 need to be selected. If V1 has
problems, user can switch to V2 (cross V1).If the sensor is single output.
User can only select V1.This will be set before delivery from factory.

1.回转设置:单机版不用回转标定。Slewing Calibration (No need for the load moment


indicator version)

2.幅度设置(动臂为角度设置):Amplitude Calibration (angle calibration for luffing tower


crane)

动臂式为仰角标定:大臂趴到最小角度按最小角度键,

输入数据(一般为 15°)
。大臂仰到最大角度按最大角度键,输入数据(一般为

86°)

Jib’s elevation calibration for luffing tower cranes: Move the main jib to the minimum
elevation and stop it, click “minimum elevation”, input the data (usually 15°)Move the main jib
the maximum elevation and stop it, input the data(usually 86°)
平臂式为幅度标定:小车走到最小幅度(一般为 2M)按最小幅度键,输入数据。

小车走到最大幅度,按最大幅度键,输入数据。

Amplitude calibration is for level-jib tower cranes: Move the trolley to the minimum
amplitude (normally 2M), click “minimum amplitude” and input the data. Move the trolley to the
maximum amplitude and stop it, click “maximum amplitude” and input the data.

3.重量标定 Weight Calibration

先在空钩时按重量清零键;

如只标定一次重量,吊起一个已知重量的重物按重量 1 标定即可。

如需要标定两次重量,先吊起一个已知重量的重物按重量 1 标定,再吊起一个

比第一个重物重的重物按重量标定 2 即可。

如需要标定三次重量,先吊起一个已知重量的重物按重量 1 标定,再吊起一个

比第一个重物重的重物按重量标定 2,再再吊起一个比第二个重物重的物体按重

量标定 3 即可。

一共可以标定三段重量,这样使重量显示更准确。

When the hook is empty, click “weight clearing”;

If only calibrate weight once, lift a certain weight and calibrated as weight 1

If calibrate twice, first lift one goods and calibrated as weight 1, then lift another goods heavier than
first goods and calibrated 2.

If calibrate thrice, first lift one goods and calibrated as weight 1,and then lift goods heavier than
first goods and calibrated 2. Lift goods heavier than second one and calibrate 3.

The weight can be displayed more accurate by calibrating 3 phase weights.

提示:标定重量最好在大臂的中间位置。重物重量 2T 以上。
Note: The rated load should be calibrated on the middle of main jib. The calibrated weight should
be up to 2T.

4.高度标定 Height Calibration

小车吊钩放在地面(一般为 0M)按最小高度度键。小车吊钩上升到最大高度,

按最大角度键,输入最大高度数(比如 100M)。

注意动臂塔吊的高度标定必须在大臂 15 度的时候进行。
Move the hook to the ground (normally 0M), click “minimum height”. Move the hook to the
maximum height, click “maximum height” and input the data( eg.100M)
Note:The height of luffing tower crane should be calibrated when the angle of main jib is 15°

5.臂长组合以及倍率选择(可选择多种倍率)Groups of jib length and rate

选择臂长和倍率必须要和当前塔机的工况相匹配,否则调用的力矩表不能起到

保护作用。The jib length and the rates should be in line with the current working states of tower
cranes. Otherwise the adjustment of load indicator can’t protect the tower crane.

当选择外部自动倍率控制时,需要选择 S/D 选项(-1 表示无效选项)

When choose to control by outside automatic rates, users need to click S/D.( -1means

invalid option)

4.4 记录查询 Records Checking


记录包含有:防撞记录:塔机群及区域保护的报警记录,如回转,幅度报警。
Record include
Anti-collision record: alarm record of Anti-collision and zone protection of tower cranes e.g.
slewing, amplitude alarm

工作记录: 有重量吊载的每一吊记录。(当记录条数接近总容量

的 90%时,系统会报警,提醒下载记录。如果达到 100%时人没有下载,系统会

停止工作。

Working record: weight record of every lift(When the number of the records is up to 90% of the
total amount of records number, the system will alarm to download the records. If it reaches 100%
without downloading, the system will stop working )

实时记录:机器开机后每两秒记录一次当前状态。(当记录条数接近总容量的

90%时,系统会报警,提醒下载记录。如果达到 100%时人没有下载,系统会停

止工作。)
Real time record: Record working states in every 2 seconds after starting the system.
(When the number of the records is up to 90% of the total amount of records number, the system
will alarm to download the records. If it reaches 100% without downloading, the system will stop
working)

BYPASS 记录:
BYPASS 时每两秒记录一次当前状态。
(需 BYPASS 控制线接入)

BYPASS record: record working states in every 2 seconds when bypass (it should connect BYPASS
control line)

风速记录:当风速超过预定值,实时风速状态。Wind speed: When the speed of the wind


exceeds the pre-set data, it will keep record of real time wind speed.

标定记录:每标定一次幅度,高度,重量或回转,都会记录标定值,以便防止

无关人员胡乱标定。
Calibration record: Keep record of every calibration of amplitude, height, weight or slewing. In case
irrelevant operator calibrates the data.

5.区域保护及塔机群防互撞(选配)Anti-collision
and Zone Protection(Optional)
使用前准备事项:每台塔吊需要配置一台主机。
Preparation Each tower crane needs to be equipped with one mainframe
1. 需要工地详细图纸,确定塔吊和塔吊,塔吊和建筑物的相对位置

距离,以便能计算出他们的坐标点。
1 . Confirm the corresponding distance between each tower crane, tower crane and structure
according to the detailed drawing of construction site. In this way the corresponding coordinates
can be calculated

2.有了坐标点之后,分配好每台主机的序号(如 1#为 100021,2#为

100011,3#为 100035),并在地面预先把每台系统联机,把工地坐标、

塔吊参数输入到每台主机里,检查参数有没有问题。(输入方式有三

种:1.在机器上手动输入。2.通过我们提供的 PC 软件生成配置文件,

通过 U 盘导入到主机。3.通过我们提供的 PC 软件由无线的方式上传

到主机里).
When the coordinates have been confirmed, give each mainframe number
(eg.1#is 10021,2#is 10011,3#is 10035)and connect each system on the ground.
Input the site coordinate and tower crane parameter into each mainframe and
check the correctness of the parameter.(3 ways of data input 1.Input the
data manually on the system.2.Set up file by using PC software supplied by

点击屏幕上右下角,菜单按钮,弹出密码菜单,输入密码 8211,进入到菜单栏。

Click menu icon on the bottom right of screen, input password 8211 and enter

menu setting.

按照以下流程设置:区域设置→塔吊设置→工地设置→通用参数→负荷特性→

参数设置

Zone setup → Setup on tower crane → Setup on site → General parameter → Load chart →
Parameter setup

4.1 区域设置 Zone Setup


X1,Y1 为坐标系内相对塔机的相对坐标点。区域位置坐标最少输入 3 个点,最

多 6 个点。
X1 and Y1 is the tower crane’s corresponding axis. You need to input 3-6 points on zone position
axis.

一共可以设置 10 个区域位置,坐标根据工地图纸来计算。
The system can set up to 10 zones. The coordinates need to be calculated according to the
construction site drawing.
注:参数“高度”为区域高度值。如果是保护区域输入一个较小值即可比如 5 米

高,如果是障碍物则需输入一个足够大的值(必须大于塔吊高度)

区域设置完成后,回到菜单栏,进入下一步 4.2 塔机设置。


Note:the parameter “height” is height value of zone. A smaller value (e.g. 5 meter) can be
input in the protected zones while a bigger value is needed to input in the obstacles (bigger
than the height of tower crane).
After setting the zone, return to menu and prepare for 4.2 Setup on Tower Crane

4.2 塔吊设置 Setup on Tower Crane

见工地平面图纸,如图塔机工地坐标为 1#()2#()3#(),
Please refer to the site drawing, for example, on the above picture, the coordinates are 1#()2#()
3#()

分配并记录好工地塔机编号与主机序列号的一一对应资料,逐台进行数据输入

完成。

Arrange and record the information on which the tower crane numbers are in line with mainframe

塔机编号:塔机群放系统的编号。Number of the tower crane: Tower crane group system

设备名:本台系统的编号(100003)编号每一台都是唯一的,出厂已设定好。

需要把设备名匹配到塔机编号。如:我现在有 3 台系统分别为

100003,100004,100005,我现在分别分配给 1#,3#,2#塔机。顺序可以不定。
Device Name:This system number is 10003.Each System’s number is unique.It has already been
settled before delivery.The device name needs to be in line with the number of the tower crane.For
exmple,we now have 3 system 100003,100004,10005.
So we now set up 1#,3#,2#tower crane.You can set up randomly

X坐标、Y坐标:本台系统所安装塔机的位置。
(所有联网塔机必须在一个坐标

系内。 X.Y axis:The tower crane’s position which has installed the system(All the tower cranes
which have been online connected must in the same axis)

塔机高度:通常指塔机平衡臂的高度。

大臂长度,短臂长度,最小距离:分别指本次的臂长组合,平衡臂长度,最小

幅度。
Tower crane’s height,including height of tower cap.
Main jib length,short jib length,minimum distance,means the group of jib,length of counter-jib and
minimum amplitide.

注:如为动臂式塔机,最大仰角,最小仰角,结构参数(臂根绞点到回转中心
的距离)

Note: luffing tower crane, maximum elevation of jib,minimum elevation of jib, structural parameter
(distance between main jib and the slewing center)
一共可以选择 20 台塔机。需要编辑几号塔机,点击进入后即可编辑,并自动存

储。以上参数也可以使用地面 PC 软件编辑无线上传。
It can choose 20 sets of tower crane. You can click number and enter to edit and save automatically.
This parameter can also be uploaded wirelessly by using PC software.

4.3 工地设置 Setup on Site

回转坐标需要根据工地图纸来设置回转标定的 A 点和 B 点。见工地平面图
A 点和 B 点设置。

然后分别设置制动距离,报警距离,预警距离。

惯性角度表示报警后维持报警状态的角度。

制动和反顶时间暂不用设置。

以上便完成了防互撞的坐标设置工作。
Slewing axis Point A and B need to be calibrated according to the site drawing. Check the position
of Point A and B on the site drawing.
Then set brake distance, alarm distance and pre-alarm distance.
Inertia angle indicates the angle when system gives alarm.
Brake and inverse ejecting don’t need to be set
The calibration of coordinate of anti-collision has been done.

回转标定:先设置好 A 点和 B 点(A、B 点设置详见工地设置),把大臂先指向

A 点,后按指向 A 点键,再逆时针转动指向 B 点,后按指向 B 点。系统会自动

计算出当前的回转角度。
Slewing Calibration: Point A and B need to be set up properly.(see construction site settings for
details)Move the tower crane main jib to point A and click “point A”, Then move the tower crane
jib anticlockwise to point B and click “point B”. The system will calculate the slewing angle
automatically.

5.系统维护 System Maintenance


5.1 控制盒及显示器:
● 经常检查机箱固定支架,保证牢固、可靠、不松动。

● 定期检查供电电缆,外皮无破损;接电端子处牢固、可靠;接地良好。

● 机箱引出电缆、插头、插座等无松脱;线缆不得随意插拔,以免接触不

良。

● 面板不得用化学溶剂清洗,可用半湿毛巾擦拭。

● 注意防雨,避免阳光直接照射。

● 机箱后盖不得自行开启。
5.1. Mainframe and Monitor

●Often check the fixation and connection between mainframe and monitor. Keep them firm, stable and free of

loose status.

●Regularly check whether the power supply cable is broken or the sheath is damaged. Check if the connection

is firm and stable on the grounding.

●Check if the lead-out cable, plugs and sockets are loose. Do not insert or draw the cable improperly, or it

may cause poor contact.

●Do not clean the panel with chemical solvent. Wipe it with semi-wet towel.
●Keep the main board from rain and avoid exposing to sunlight directly.

●Do not open the rear cover of case randomly.

5.2 信号电缆及传感器部份:
● 定期查看所有传感器电缆的布线情况,避免可能存在的局部挤压、折弯

及破损现象。

● 定期查看称重传感器的角度(箭头方向)是否发生偏转。

● 高度和幅度限制器的安装一定要牢靠。

5.2. Signal Cable and Sensors

 Regularly check arrangement of all sensor cables to avoid occurrence of crushing,

bending or damage at some locations.

 Check whether the direction of weighing sensor shaft stays the same.

 Make sure to install the height and amplitude limiter tightly

产品安装时,由我方专业人员对用户进行培训、指导安装和调试。系统现

场安装、调试时应具备以下条件:

● 起重机能正常工作;

● 用户应备有标准砝码或已知重量的重块作重量标定物,便于

重量标定工作的顺利进行。

标定物重量—取接近最大额定吊重的 40%—50%为宜;

● 最好备有长卷尺,用以精确标定幅度值;

● 现场安装、调试时应有如下工种人员的配合:

起重工、起重机维修电工、起重机司机、钳工等

We will delegate personnel to provide our users with training and instructions during the installation
and commissioning. To carry out installation and commissioning, the site should meet the following
requirements.

 The crane works properly;

 Prepare standard weights or article with known weights for calibration to facilitate the
calibration process.

 Weight of article for calibration shall be close to 40%~50% of the maximum rated load
capacity;

 Prepare an angle ruler to calibrate the length accurately.

 Assistance will be needed for on-site installation and commissioning from hoister, crane
maintenance electrician, crane operator, and locksmith etc.

6.2 维修服务 Maintenance Service


● 产品终身负责维修。

● 产品自购买之日起,质量保修期一年。

● 保修期内免费维修;保修期外,维修只收取成本费用。
● 有下列情况之一者,不属于保修范围:

①碰撞、挤压造成的损坏;

②野蛮拆卸造成的损坏;

③其它非正常情况造成的损坏。

 Lifetime maintenance;

 1 year Quality warranty period from date of purchase;

 Provide free Maintenance service within warranty period; beyond the warranty

period, only cost will be charged.

 We exclude warranty for:

① Damage from collision and extrusion;

② Damage from improper dismantle;

③ Damage from other abnormal operation.

注意:本系统只为辅助安全系统,不能完全替代塔机本身安全装置
Note: The system is a auxiliary safety system only.It cannot replace the tower crane’s safety device itself.
