    CENTRAL KITCHEN – JOINT VENTURE
    At the beginning of the year 2011, RMC
    have signed a Joint Venture Agreement with
    Gulf Group for Catering to Manage and
    Operate its newly built and equipped Central
    Kitchen at Al-Ardiyah Industrial Area.

    This facility is situated on more than 1500


    square meters, fully equipped with top of the
    range equipment and facilities, including
    huge walk-in cold rooms and vast storing
    facilities to providing the highest standard of
    quality.

    QUALITY ASSURANCE

    There is a little doubt that RMC’s penchant for quality is one of the main factors behind its
    success and solid reputation. The company is steadfastly committed to ensuring that all
    aspects of its service meet or exceed the highest international standards. RMC’s Quality
    Assurance Department or QAD is to be established in the new Central Kitchen with new
    Quality Control equipment and devices, and to be entrusted with monitoring and
    maintaining these standards by judiciously testing and evaluating food quality (from initial
    purchase to preparation to final serving), sanitation and pest control across all RMC
    facilities, personal hygiene of staff, as well as workplace safety.

    Highly trained specialists and well-equipped laboratory (under process), collect and test
    random samples. The sampling includes ready-to-eat food, raw and uncooked material,
    semi-processed food, as well as water, milk and ice. The QAD also evaluates preparation
    methods and storage conditions to guard against bacteria and other micro-organisms. RMC
    will be working hard to obtain the HACCP Certification and the latest of ISO Certification.

    The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification is a systematic
    approach to the identification of food-related hazards, and the development of control
    systems to reduce the risks associated with these hazards. RMC’s Quality Assurance
    Department will also develop and conduct regular training programs to keep RMC’s staff up
    to date with the latest advances in food safety, storage and preparation.

    RMC's current Senior Officers have substantial experience in working with the US
    Government. They have Managed and implemented a wide range of critical multi-
    operations in the State of Kuwait and GCC countries. Their responsibilities included but
    not limited to the execution of Life Support Services contracts for Governments, Private
    Establishments, Ministries, Military basis, Hospitals, Oil companies, Refineries, Camps,
    Private clubs, Schools, Universities. They managed as well, Banqueting

    Facilities, Fine Dining Restaurants and Fast Food chain in three (3) different countries.
    They oversaw large sponsored work force in all of the above-mentioned contracts.

    Hundred's of employees were involved to execute the services of this contract


    comprising of the following criterias:

    To provide (30,000) meals per day, (7) days a week


    To serve and maintain, (7) huge dining halls
    Client workforce comprised of (18) different nationalities
    To provide Logistic Services for (10,000) ARAMCO employees including:
    Housing, House Keeping, Laundry service, Recreation, Shuttle transportation and
    Postal service
    SITE PREPARATION CUTTING AND GRADING

    Kuwait Oil Company, Kuwait

    This is a Specialized Services contract


    Responsibilities included:

    Catering, Coffee service, Outside Catering, Banqueting, Head of Sates functions,


    over (10) remote Areas, Guest House Services, cleaning and janitorial services
    Contract workforce exceeded 700 employees of multi-nationalities

    Fifth Islamic Summit Conference – Kuwait

    Due to its short period, this is one of the most difficult and complicated contract
    that has ever been executed
    (46) Head of State with their delegations attended this Summit
    A total average of (5000) VVIP's and VIP guests
    (4000) Media Reporters
    (6000) Security Officers

    Heads of States special functions and buffets
    VVIP's and VIP meals and service
    VVIP's and VIP accommodation and House Keeping
    Prepare and deliver thousands of packed meals to various locations and check
    points

    Packed Meals

    For (135) days, we have provided (27,000) daily meals to the US Marines Troops in
    Kuwait and Iraq during the invasion in 2003

    Hundred of employees were involved in this exercise, as well as a fleet of well


    equipped trucks for meals transportation

    Three million packed meals have been prepared and shipped to Iraq for the Iraqis
    consumption after the invasion in 2003

    Hundreds of employees were involved in this huge job


    SITE PREPARATION CUTTING AND GRADING

    Additionally, we are proud to add to RMC's Past Performance that after the Liberation
    of Kuwait in 1991, we headed a Committee responsible to bring back the work force of
    many companies who were obliged to leave the country due to the Iraqi invasion.

    We have set up an action plan in collaboration with the Government Authorities and the
    Kuwait Embassies world wide. In spite of the missing records for individuals who
    possess valid resident permits and those whose resident permits have expired, we
    successfully managed to bring thousands of employees via chartered flights back to
    their jobs in a short period of time, participating to bring back our beloved country to
    its normal life.

    Many other similar and smaller contracts have been Managed by our Senior Officers.
    RMC, in the field of logistic services like any other field of its wide expertise is willing to
    provide the utmost standard of quality of service to the full satisfaction of its
    customers.
