    Job Requirement
    1. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    2. Knowledge in IT recruitment (understanding business needs, job descriptions, sourcing,
    interview scheduling, assimilating feedback from interviewers)
    3. Can work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs;
    formulate recruitment plans and assess job description
    4. Should have the ability to build strong relationship with both internal and external teams.
