    We’ll trust you to:

    • Have good domain expertise in any of the following areas i.e. Managed IPT, Data center,

    hosting, Security, Voice Convergence, Network Services, Converged LAN, CRM, UCC, Cloud

    computing etc. (knowledge in more than one of these areas would be an added advantage)

    • Have knowledge of research databases would be extremely handy

    • Have good general knowledge of markets, technology, and business drivers,

    with a clear understanding of stakeholder requirements

    We’d love to see:

    • Research professional with a strong interest in TMT / ICT industry

    • Strong in problem solving, the development of research strategies, application of

    analytical techniques and frameworks, and the creation of research end-products

    • Excellent communication skills and expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint

    • Independent in research, including data gathering and analysis (both qualitative

    and quantitative)

    • Lead and/or complete ad-hoc research and knowledge building

    • Strong Secondary and Primary Research skills

    • Strong Report writing and presentation skills

    What you’ll need to have:

    • (B. Tech / BE, Post Graduate / MBA will be preferred)

    • “Can do” attitude and ability to take initiative.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Flexibility and ability to work in a self-directed environment as well as, collaborate with others and

    seek guidance when needed.

    • Excellent communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders in various geographies.

    • Have the ability to adapt to change.
