Course Name: Internet of Things

Course Code: ITEC-456

Mini Project Guidelines:

o Choose a topic based on the concepts of Internet of Things (IoT), the topic may be
selected from the list (on next page), or any other related topic.

o The project can be implemented using physical devices and any microcontroller
board, or using emulation/ simulation (if the physical devices are not available).

o Each group comprises of TWO students only, who should work on one project.

o Marks Distribution:

 Project Design, circuit diagrams, coding to implement the devices, and overall
working with output, carries 10 Marks.
 The project presentation / demonstration carries 5 Marks.
 Project Report carries 5 Marks, and must contain the following topics:

 Project Introduction
 Project Scope
 Project Design/ Circuit diagrams
 Programming/Coding
 Output/Simulation Screenshots.

o The deadline for submission and presentation/ demonstration will be in the 10th
week.
