EMCEE: Good Morning everyone! Today is a day of rejoicing for it marks the first step that every
individuals must undertake to open to another important stage of their lives. It's an honor to be here to
this special event, which is the high point of the academic year, because today, we celebrate a
momentous event which is the accomplishments and academic achievements of our dear students.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Seminar for the Management of the office Environment
But before we start, May I request all of you to stand for the invocation and Please remain standing for
the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.

"The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether
we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.
A very good morning once again to everyone and welcome to Our event for today will surely give us a
lot of learning about this function of human resources. So please sit down, relax and enjoy the rest of
the morning.
It is my delight to be your emcee today for this informative seminar. I am Kim Ivory Jamaica Siangco and
I'm also very happy to be part of this event.
OPENING REMARKS
To kick-off this morning's program, we are pleased to have with us our very own Ms. Michelle D. Sanico,
our group leader to deliver the opening remarks.
Thank you Ms. Michelle D. Sanico for that very energetic opening message. Ms. Michelle was also our
first speaker for todays event.
INTRODUCTION
Its now time for us to share with you the strategic direction of how we can manage to be part of the
office Environment. We will demonstrate how the organization and the environment in the offices can
help you address your data management challenges you face today and be ready for the challenges of
tomorrow.
Speaker 1: First speaker she was one of the most active and talented student in SJCSI a 22 years old, and
was born in Gutalac ZN, she studied in Saint Joseph College of Sindangan incorporated for 4 years taking
the course of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management
an expertise of delevering about the background and topics of the environment of management She has
been very passionate not only in acquiring knowledge but also in co curricular activities. She remarkably
overcame her illness during the final examinations and delivered her best. As success is brought only to
the deserving, here she is in all flying colors. And now join me in giving a warm welcome [Ms. Michelle
D. Sanico]
Speaker 2: Second speaker was born on Bago, Sindangan ZN, His study in SJCSI for 4 years taking the
course BSBA major of Human Resources Management, an expertise of delevering about the topic of
Office layout will be tackle today. Please join me and in welcoming our 2nd speaker, MR. WENDIL
OJANO. A big hand please.
Intermission: Before we move on to our next speaker, let's take a short break to stretch our legs and
grab a refreshment. We'll be back in 15 minutes to hear from our final speaker.
Speaker 3: Welcome back everyone! Now, we're honored to have this person as our speaker today, our
third speaker was a 29 years old, and was born in Labakid, Sindangan ZN, He studied at Saint Joseph
College Of Sindangan for 4 years taking the course of BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN BUSINESS
ADMINISTRATION major in HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, and now his expertise of delivering the
topic about the background of Ergonomics will be tackled today. Please join me in welcoming our 3rd
Speaker, MR. JUN REY OJANO. A big hand please.
