Dear Sir,
EMPLOYER UNDERTAKING

This is to confirm that Mr. Jamal Sarwar (s/o) Muhammad Sarwar holder of CNIC No. 35202-
5609102-9 is out permanent employee since 14.10.2009 and his retirement year is 2037. He
maintains salary account number 4118807208 with National Bank of Pakistan MODEL
BRANCH GULBERG LAHORE.
We irrevocably undertake that the salary and all other employment related remuneration and
payments, including settlement, retirement or end service benefits relating to this Employee will
only be paid through the above stated NBP bank account till the employee has repaid all
amounts outstanding and would not be transferred to any ether bank/ branch unless prior
N.O.C/written confirmation is obtained from NBP Branch Manager/authorized signatory at the
above noted branch.
In case of any order/instructions issued by any regulatory authority regarding transfer of the
salary accounts of the company’s to any other bank, we undertake to first adjust the NBP loan
amount by source whatsoever of our Employee (s) before transferring the salary accounts.
We shall promptly notify the NBP Branch of any change in the status of the Employee’s
employment with us, including without limitation, transfer, promotion, demotion,
commencement of disciplinary proceedings, suspension, termination or resignation, death or
any other matter which may have a material adverse effect on the ability of the Employee to
perform his obligations under the Facility Agreement.
In case of termination or dismal etc. of our employee, NBP’s claim over the outstanding
Finance Facility extended to our employee shall always prevail over all other claims.
We confirm that the estimated end of service benefits of the subject employee as of date less
any liabilities thereon exceed the amount of finance limit requested.
We confirm that not any disciplinary proceedings are pending against the employee.
We shall abide by the terms of this Undertaking.

UNDERTAKING OF EMPLOYEE

 I, Jamal Sarwar S/o Muhammad Sarwar adult, resident of H.No.3, St.No.33, Lareb Society, Q Block, Model
Town, Lahore holding of CNIC # 35202-5609102-9, do hereby indemnify, undertake and declare on solemn
affirmation as under:
 That I have applied for NBP Advance Salary Product of National Bank of Pakistan, and I declare irrevocably
and unconditionally as under:

 That the total monthly amortization payments being made by me inclusive of all customer loans from any
bank/DFI do not and shall not exceed 40% of my net disposable income at all material times or such other
limit as may prescribed by the State Bank of Pakistan and/or NBP from time to time.
 I and my dependents (as per SBP Prudential Regulations) have not previously availed clean cash limit up to
Rs.3,000,000/- from any other bank/DFI apart from NBP.
 any breach of this undertaking shall without any further reference to me amount to a breach of NBP Advance
Salary Scheme and NBP shall be fully entitled to exercise its rights under the NBP Advance Salary Scheme.
In this regard, I undertake and hold NBP harmless against any losses or liabilities of whatsoever nature that
NBP may incur by reason of sanctioning me the NBP Advance Salary Product in reliance of this undertaking.
 I declare & solemnly undertake that I will/have NOT applied/use the funds obtained through this
loan/advance salary facility for the purchase of any “Initial Public Offering” (IPOs).
 I declare & solemnly undertake that loan/advance salary/funds will not be applied for money laundering,
smuggling, opium/alcohol/banned item trade, unlawful, illegal activities.
 I declare & solemnly undertake that loan/advance salary/funds will not be applied for any terrorist activities.
 I Solemnly declare that I am not involved with money laundering, terrorist group(s)/faction, banned religious
group and/or any ultravires acts, and I am not involved in any unlawful/ illegal activities.
 This undertaking is effective from the date of sanction.
 I declare & solemnly undertake that the loan/advance salary/funds will be utilized for the purpose that I have
applied for in my application to the bank (NBP).
Whatever has been stated is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been
concealed therein.
